I was really satisfied with Comfort, quality, and the looks of the product. It was very easy to use as it does not create any salivation throughout the exercise. Which is very convenient. But unfortunately mine got pierced a few days ago and it was still under warranty so contact them and it was surprisingly very interactive conversation. I was sent with even a personal voice message. And no matter what my query was solved under 12 hours. I got my replacement today and I'm attaching its pics. (P.S. : The owner was kind enough to send me both of his 2 new prototypes, even though I only bought one.)

Didn't even last 2 days. Also the one of the product photo says we shouldn't bite on side with holes. So its very inconvenient to keep chewing on smooth side since rubber keeps moving while chewing
