Works excellent
I haul livestock so being rechargeable is a must to cut down on overall operation cost. This thing will move even the most stubborn of bulls don't waste your money on a hot shot get the 53in version and get it done. My only complaint is the battery life only last me about 3 loads give or take how much I use it. But I purchased and extra battery for $35 and always have a back up if one does die. For the money you couldn't ask for any better! I also like the flexible head so you can use it to encourage without actually having to shock the animals. 10 out of 10 recommended this product!

Don’t lose your chargers lol
We have been through so many hotshots but these have lasted the longest. As long as you charge them they last a while!

Won’t charge, no assembly instructions, does not work, and no response for help
Item arrived with no instructions and it wouldn’t charge. Exchanged. Asked for help on assembly and to test if it works. Replacement charges but no way to see if it works and no response or help offered after being promised someone would reach out to me. Believe replacement is faulty as well and will need to be returned completely this time. Looking for new product. Don’t want to use this again.
