The first thing I noticed when I opened the jar was that this stuff smells FABULOUS!! I couldn't wait to taste it! It dissolved easily into some hot water as a had a taste similar to a fruity tea - the passionflower taste was delicious. I fell asleep easily, and woke feeling well rested and not in any way groggy. As someone invested in natural solutions, I love that this is an herbal aid! Would definitely recommend.

The first thing that I noticed about the product is that it come with a scoop! I know that's crazy, but I hate having to try and find the right measurement like some other products. The powder smelled really good and tasted pretty good too. Both of which are very important! It went down easy and I woke up feeling brand new!

I had no issues with dissolving the powder or taking it with my nightly cup of tea. I would suggest trying this product to anyone that may need help with sleep but they don't want the harsh prescription drugs all the time.

This is a fine powder that fully dissolves in water. The taste is great, not chalky or anything.
