Comfortable, reliable and discreet
I’ve been really impressed with Always Discreet Incontinence Underwear. They’re incredibly comfortable and feel just like regular underwear—soft, flexible, and not bulky at all. The absorbency is excellent and gives me confidence throughout the day without worrying about leaks or odors. Overall, a reliable and high-quality product that makes a big difference in daily comfort and peace of mind.

Excellent Quality and Great Value!
These have never disappointed! I purchased them for my elderly aunt, and they have worked perfectly for her. They are soft, sturdy, and very stretchable, which makes them comfortable and easy to use. The quantity you receive is definitely worth the price. I also love the light pink color, and they even have a pleasant scent. Overall, a great purchase and I would absolutely buy them again!

Postpartum must-have!
Very comfortable: soft, lightweight, not bulky, fit perfectly I'm using these for postpartum after all the heavy stuff and they're working great! I feel secure wearing them, like I don't have to worry about spillage, even at night. They're scented with a pleasant, subtle floral fragrance. I think you could still feel feminine and confident wearing them for incontinence as well.

So far my favorite brand for my needs
This is only first day of use, so I may post an update if anything changes. So far, so good. In the recent past, I have tried 3 brands of incontinence underwear, although I've been using them for very heavy and never-ending periods rather than incontinence, so I can't comment on how well it works for incontinence. To compare: First tried Depend-Flex Fit. I ordered large size - I didn't see it in XL but I didn't really look around much as the large size was stated to fit up to 64" waist, mine is a bit smaller but I could not pull it over my stomach without the sides splitting while sitting so I had to keep the waist band lower. The width of the inner lining was impressive and I had very little issues with leakage. No odor protection (at least for my problem) so it was kinda gross. The back of the leg opening was cutting into my skin, which led me to the 2nd brand. Next was Prevail. Some reviews stated there was no skin irritation as with other brands so I gave them a try, this time ordered in XL. I was able to get the waistband over my stomach without seams ripping, however, the whole underwear kept slipping down and I had to adjust all day long. The material across that area was extremely soft. Odor protection was awesome, and I didn't detect any perfume scent. It was high cut though which makes no sense, there were gaps in areas where most protection is needed. Also the inner lining was narrow and bunched up to the side upon contact with liquid. Unfortunately it shifted to right side and I my leakage is mostly on the left side so this didn't work for me at all, had a mess at the end of the day and the skin irritation on the leg openings in the back was worse than the Depends. I was able to use the Depends but I could not finish the Prevails, I only used 2 and then ordered Always. I will cut out the padded part to wear with other pads or at night. Now I have the Always and so far happy with them. I have used Always pads for about 30 years until I switched to reusable pads about 2 years ago. This a brand I can trust to be comfortable and help prevent embarrassing leaks. I am not surprised these underwear seem to work well - still not quite right (but so far my favorite). The material is not quite as soft as the Prevail but it's comfortable. I could not get this one over my stomach though without feeling as if the sides were about to burst (when sitting) so I have to keep it low. However, after a full day I am not experiencing the miserable chafing and skin irritation. Aside from the general discomfort of bleeding all the time, I almost feel normal with this on, and confident. I wasn't too happy to see the inner lining narrow like the Prevail, and it also bunches up to the right side, but the material along the edges appears to be leak proof and the double leak guards did their job today. It doesn't look like the liquid went through that part of the material, despite the inner lining not being present there. There is a perfume scent which can irritate some or cause an allergic reaction. For me, it wasn't bad, but there are ways to prevent odor without added scent so not sure what they were thinking here. Airing out the night before use was helpful, I barely notice it. What I do notice is the complete lack of the unpleasant odor I usually encounter with this condition. Summary: Always - Pros: -great odor protection -minimal chafing -leak guards work -bow is cute Cons: -XL is smaller fit (not able to wear on 60" waist when sitting - but they did stay in place all day) -perfume scent which is unnecessary -inner lining narrow and bunches up Prevail - Pros: -great odor protection (without perfume scent) -super soft material -XL fits on 60" waist (although everything was slipping down all day) Cons: -chafing is ridiculous (at least for a chubb like me) -high cut - large gap in area needing coverage -inner lining narrow and bunches up -edges around lining are not waterproof and will leak Depend - Pros: -lining is wide (almost to edges) and widens more in front and back -minimal leakage Cons: -no odor protection -chafing was an issue

Fantastic product.
AWESOME!!! Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have tried others and most failed. This one is so dependable.I am working with my Dr. but until I can get my bladder issues fixed this product has saved me from what could have been a few disasters. It fits great, it’s not bulgy at all, and can be trusted to do its job well. It’s embarrassing to admit I have a problem but if this helps even one person thats awesome. Minor leaks not a problem, major gushes can be handled as long as the pull-ups is not pulled up too high thinking that will work better, um NO it won’t. If worn like regular underwear (no one can tell you have it on) and you can trust it can do the job, you won’t be disappointed. I’m so impressed. Nothing leaks as you walk to change to a new one. There is no pee smell. I found out the hard way that this product is awesome, in a hard spot I knew I wasn’t going to make the restroom and a bladder that leaked with each step I was panicked then it happened pee just dropped I was ready to be devastated but so happy no one was the wiser because it did it’s job then didn’t fall apart while getting to a restroom. I keep a spare in a flat makeup bag in my purse for emergencies, no one knows it’s there. Helpful hint. I tuck a small trash bag in the make up bag (for disposal) with it. I don’t like stinky garbage pales. Don’t waste your time on those “made for diapers” pales, they’ll just prove disappointing and not worth the money. I learned with my grand babies diapers that if you roll them up and tuck the ends around them tight. Take a plastic bag (i get the cheap 2 gallon ones) and trop diaper into the bottom of one, get out the air, give the bag a good twist, fold the extra over that twist again and do it again if you like, tie a knot in the end and your can’s won’t get the nasty smell. Diaper quality: Best Moisture retention: Extremely awesome Durability: Awesome Size: Xl

Love!
This was great postpartum! I am a bigger woman and these were true to size and loose and comfortable! So much easier using these than trying to put pads in underwear.

Nope
Not a fan. Here’s why: 1) I bought these because the reviews were pretty good except for the ones talking about the scent. These are scented and tbh, it’s a little nauseating. So if you are sensitive to smells, particularly floral smells, these aren’t for you. I already had a sensitivity to smells, but now that I’m going through cancer treatments, it’s gotten even worse. 2) The “seat“ of this brand is problematic. I can only describe it as it’s “too loose“. It bunches up in the crotch area and is very uncomfortable. I am receiving radiation, currently and having these bunch up under my bum is very painful. It already feels like I’m smuggling fire roasted razor blades between my cheeks and this product makes it so much worse. That’s the long and the short of it. I’m going back to the Amazon brand (purple packaging) because the seat is flat and holds its shape AND they aren’t scented. I only switched to this brand because somewhere in the reviews mentioned that Always was a little cheaper than Amazon. While that is true, you get what you pay for and it’s not a big enough difference to overlook the above mentioned issues.
