Really impressed with the seat/day bed. Easy to follow instructions which made assembly very easy. The quality equals some of the more expensive garden furniture we have seen (and bought) at much higher prices in garden centres over the years. Cushions are good quality & thick, not flimsy. Delivery was 2 days early which was a bonus.Really pleased with both the product & delivery.

Good product simple to assemble read the instructions first !! Simple process fit the correct stew in the pre done screw hole took us an hour to put together. Easier with a alun key screwdriver then the key provided. good quality item sturdy & comfy too

After months of research we finally purchased this lovely rattan sun lounger. We needed to replace our ancient bed settee but could not find one the right size or price that was light enough for us to be able to move to another room on the odd occasion. It took 2 of us about 3 hours to fully assemble the product carefully. The instructions were easy to understand and there were no missing parts. We don't intend to use it outside and it looks great in our conservatory. It is perfect for lounging using the footstool - our teenage sons love it. When the lounger is completely flat it makes a great three-quarter bed for occasional usage, which is all we need. We have kept the mattress off our old bed settee and placed it on top of the cushions to make a really comfy bed, although it is comfortable enough without it. The old mattress is a perfect fit. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase and it was well worth the lengthy research to find the most practical solution for our needs. So happy!

Return and refund arrange,They refund was reduced by £30.00 very disappointed as I had to buy screws before assisting, disassemble buy bubble rap and brown tape. Inconvenience caused. We're is good will for the whole experience and cost of screws bubble rap and tape.

Put together on my own but really a two person lob.Good quality but the seat cushions slide down when sitting on it.Used some Velcro tape to fix the problem,Otherwise very comfortable and good quality

Brilliant compacted comfy sofa/bedCan hold two grown adults. And a dog.

This really surpassed my expectations given the price and low number of reviews. I managed to assemble it on my own in a few hours (would have been easier with two people), it is super comfy and looks really good on my balcony

This is a pretty good bit of garden furniture, seat could be thicker but you get what you get. Only gets three stars as one of the hydraulic rams that hold the side panels up stopped working two weeks after arriving. Shame as it was easy to build and this failure is the only real let down
