Good feature set and reliability
Solid features and reliability, and the lights are a nice touch.

Exceptional quality
Typical APC, exceptional quality and it just works ,and works, and works, and keeps working... Now with the tilted display, I can see exactly how many watts my devices are using without braking my neck to look. But Please... Don't call it a "Pro Gaming UPS", because it's not. It's a quality APC UPS like all the others. I wasn't too keen on the "Kiddy Gaming Lights", but I do like the angled forward facing display that is super easy to read at just a glance. The rear lights are perfect when it comes to plugging in devices under the table in the darkness. Why didn't APC come up with this idea before? For me, if the unit lights are set to a dim color, they don't disturb or distract at all. It also makes for a good "Night Light" and stays lit even if/when the electricity goes out.

Too expensive
I needed to buy something that would be in view of guests, unlike other UPS units I could just store somewhere there was no option here. This unit looks great - I'm happy with its aesthetics. The light in the front can actually provide so much detail & the UPS to PC cord looks well made. It handles a dual GPU PC just fine; has all the basics of any APC UPS. There is some electrical hum, yes, but all units have this when populated with plugs. Everything works as intended. Minimal heat from battery itself. Charging ports are alright. There's two type A & one type C. They all seem to share the same power bandwidth. My problem with this unit is the price. It is not worth the price. If I had the option, I would have purchased one of their cheaper true sine wave line rather than this premium product. It's just a UPS.

Works great so far, looks kinda cool.
Since getting this I've only had one short power outage but it kept my computer running just fine. I've also run a few self tests which have all passed and again my computer stayed on. The style is definitely subjective, I like that the screen is facing up since I have it on the floor and the top ring and rear light act like very dim nightlights.

Not like the other APCs backups.
Unit seemed to have problems a couple months in. Bought in June and has now completely failed in December. Less than 6 months. It finally reported an error code F06. Basically it continuously switches from power to battery and then back, over and over. Initially I thought it was some sort of diagnostics as no errors would show up. Did it today and completely died. After turning on and off (couldn't turn it on for a bit) it finally reported an error. We have multiple other APC backups in the house, they all are working fine. This one.... totally defective.

Works great for my PC
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I previously owned a UPS from APC and with my new 5090, it was pulling too much power, overloading the APC when I would render in Blender. This UPS was from a company I was already familiar with, it has monitoring and self testing software available, and had the power load capability I needed. In the video I'm showing you how to change the colors on the back/front and cycling through the screen options. I prefer to have it show the load % (the one I stopped on) as even when the screen dims, the colored ring still loads and adjusts around the screen to give you a visual on the load without having the entire display screen active. There is no way to completely disable the back light that I have found, but red seems to be the least intrusive for light pollution in the house (our bedroom door is nearby so I wanted a light that didn't flood the neighboring rooms). Battery life on it seems acceptable. I've had two loss of power events since installing this (bought it a few months ago) and was able to safely shut down my machine without even passing the 80% batter left mark. Overall a great purchase, especially if you live in an area with unstable power supply like I do (out in the woods with tree interference on lines frequently). Would absolutely recommend this if you have any sensitive equipment that you want to protect. It's pretty beefy and can handle a lot of power flowing through it.

Handled power blips without issue
I have my computer, monitor, printer, desk lamp, and chargers all plugged into it. It’s already proven itself a couple of times during minor power blips, and everything stayed on without any issues. So far, it’s doing exactly what I hoped it would.

Works fine so far but annoying lights
I wanted this UPS for the true sine wave battery output and it's working fine in that regard so far but the only very annoying thing is the lights. The only place I can put it is under my desk and even if you turn off all the main lights, the large front ring will still flash green anytime there is a change in load - which ironically happens all the time during gameplay, so it is very annoying and distracting during games. The APC logo is also very bright and cannot be turned off so I put a piece of electrical tape over that. Turning on the rear light to see the plugs is nice but it's rarely used so overall the lights are the biggest detriment and it's very dumb that you cannot disable them completely. Maybe there will be a firmware update coming for that but I doubt it. I might try taking it apart to see if I can disconnect the lights while keeping the LCD display intact. I wish I could return it for the non-"gamer" version without these stupid lights but you can't return UPS's online... I guess I'll just have to keep putting a towel over it. Also the software isn't even an app, it's internet browser based and requires you to remember your username and password each time and just doesn't work well. And from what I've seen of teardowns of similar units, the components/capacitors aren't exactly high end. So it seems like this unit costs a lot of money for a sub-par design. Although to be fair, none of the UPS's in this price-range seem all that great. My advice is to get the non-gamer APC or maybe another brand unless you like having tons of annoying lights coming from your battery backup unit for some reason.
