This carving fork is by far the favorite of anyone who has seen it in my collection. It is also wicked sharp as I have blindly pricked my fingers a couple of times rummaging through my knife pack.

This is not just a ‘fork’; this is a work of art! It is so stunningly beautiful I’m almost afraid to use it! The celestial blue resin and wood handle is just gorgeous. I currently have it ‘on display’ on my magnetic knife board. It looks fantastic and matches several other blue resin items I have in my kitchen. Okay, enough about how it looks; it is also the best meat fork I’ve ever had. The tines are long and sharp, so you have no problem spearing the meat. The fork is weighted just right, so it is extremely comfortable to work with. The Valhalla Series by Dalstrong are the ultimate professional cooking utensils. Worth every penny. If you have a cook in the family you want to impress, get them something from Dalstrong. They’ll know the difference.

The craftsmanship of this Dalstrong Valhalla Series Meat Fork is excellent. I like the 7.7 inch length which makes it easy to rotate meats while braising and to keep roasts and poultry in place while carving. The fork is a good weight, is very well balanced, and the prongs are very sharp. The handle is a work of art in iridescent shades of green, black and brown with intricately detailed inlaid rivets. This exceptional fork comes packaged in a very nice, sturdy storage box and would make an excellent gift for someone who’s graduating from culinary arts school. It would also be a useful and unique wedding gift. The Dalstrong Valhalla meat fork is heirloom quality which should last for many years.
