This stuff is amazing. I lift weights 5 times a week and do cardio twice a week for 6 days and they really help me stay hydrated. I used to get small cramps in my legs, but since I tried these it has stopped. I was drink Biosteel but their pricing got ridiculous. My wife drinks them too and she said he used to get headaches but not after trying ultima. Give them a shot.

It dissolves completely (no chalky residue at the bottom of your bottle) and doesn't stain your containers like some other brands. I keep these at my desk for afternoon slumps, pack them for long flights, and they're perfect for post-workout recovery. The variety pack is worth trying first to find your favorite flavors - some unexpected ones might surprise you. Only reason it's not getting 5 stars is the price per serving is a bit steep compared to competitors. But honestly, for the clean ingredients and great taste, it's worth the extra cost.
