Bad product
Do not buy this item. Used it once. It leaked and now after using it twice, it won't pump

Nozzle leaks like crazy
Leaks like crazy. I bought it so I don't need to use a funnel because I tend to drip water all over. The pump function works fine but leaks residual water BEFORE and AFTER USE. I ended having more water waster leaks then not using it. The leaks is coming from the nozzle itself. It doesn't really cut off the water when not used well.

Works great and has a very fast transfer
Works great for transferring gas from a gas can to your car... This is a must buy if you buy extra gas for later use in your car or even the lawn mower.. it works super fast so be careful when you're filling up the lawn mower it only takes a few seconds.. there's no heavy lifting of the gas can there's no fumbling with the funnel or guessing how much you're putting in.. I will never go without one of these again... 👍 👍 It is a little fragile so you just need to handle it with love..lol.. you can't just toss it around or you'll break it... And then you'll be sad because you don't have one anymore... My first one lasted me 2 years.. my next one will last longer trust me.. 😁 I like that you can use two different size batteries... Either or... D batteries or double A it's compatible .. work smarter not harder..

Battery powered fluid pump
The product seems to be very well made. These are very easy to setup and to use. I already have a couple of these that are similar but I wanted one to primarily use to fill the tanks on my mowers and other small gas powered equipment such as my tiller. The primary reason for purchase of this exact one is the handle which is similar to a regular gas pump handle plus you can manually control the flow of gas with it. This lessens the chances of me getting fuel on to the paint of accidentally getting it on any engine parts that may get hot or already be hot. It claims a 7 quart per minute distribution and this seems to be about right. I like the flexibility in that it can be ran on 2 D or 6 AAA batteries. It also includes a wire filter installed to prevent an contaminants from getting into your tank. Overall I would definately recommend this product to anyone needing a way to transfer fluids from one place to another. I would say one thing I wouldn't use one of these for more than one type of fluid (i.e. use for kerosene then for gas) because possibly accidental mixing the fluids which could be dangerous and possibly do damage to equipment (i.e. putting gas in a kerosene heater or putting kerosene in a gas powered engine, either one could be very dangerous).

Waste of Money
I bought this to get the 4 inches of water that doesn't drain from the bottom of my hot tub. Looks like a nice, simple device, but it's junk. It's so weak I could barely get a trickle of water through it. The hose sprung a leak the first time I used it. Learn from my mistake - don't waste your money.
