Initially these casters were a little stiff but after a very short period of time they worked perfect and were very reasonably priced.

These are heavy duty wheels. I decided to re-do my favorite office chair instead of buying new since I am a larger woman and those chairs start at $100 for the cheap made ones. These are great wheels and very easy to install.

I am giving this item a 4 because it rolls, and really that is all you could expect from a chair wheel. The reason it is not a 5 is because it does not roll smoothly, and makes noise. I bought it so it will move me from point a to point b. I sit a during the day, because my legs are injured thus keeping me from walking. I did not want it to damage the floor at work, and it does not do that so that is good. I just really do not like it causing my chair to vibrate, and make noise. It is not a smooth moving set of wheels at all

I'm over 300 lbs. and these casters have given me no problems.

Matches my factory casters perfectly. Usually the seat piston fails on me, this time it was the wheels. They are a nice cheap repair option until I'm ready for a chair upgrade.

Low quality. The chair won't won't move easily. You get what you pay for.

The wheels seem a bit soft/sticky. Not as smooth rolling as I had hoped but they do look pretty neat

Fit chair sockets just as good as the original casters, even look similar, only with the rubber outer surface. Seem to be wearing well and haven't marked the floor.
