I’ve been using creatine off and on for 25 years. I’ve always been a brand snob but I decided to give this a try. It mixes almost as good as Allmax (it isn’t a finely ground) and I don’t get any stomach issues from it.

I bought this for a very good deal and it helped me increase my performance doing Crossfit. I bought it on a discount so it was a great value for money. As with ALL other creatine, it won't totally dissolve in water, but it is not hard to drink at all, not the tastiest though. You will feel your energy levels are charged and ready to go during workouts.

I did not even open this item, and I wanted to return it, because it has no data (no purity percentage, no third party testing results on the safety on the product). They say vague terms as 'this has passed stringent UK laws'. Otherwise, it has few labels of Labs meeting quality standards (GMP/ISO), and product not having 'doping material' by Cologne list, or meeting labels such as 'vegan, kosher, halal'. But what is actually in this product is not fully shared, and they are not ready to share either. I was not satisfied with this so, I tried to return. Had the bad time returning this too. They did not provide return labels. And it has to go back to UK. I'd have to pay my own international shipping costs, given if that would be accepted by Customs into UK (because UPS, apparently cannot transfer supplements to UK/EU countries). Trying to shipping w FedEx hopefully, and get the shipping fee credited next as an Amazon Credit, if this is even possible to be shipped back. Possibly the worst product I've purchased.
