Dry eyes?
In the last couple of years I noticed waking with a crust around my eyelashes. A trip to the optician identified 'dry eye syndrome' and this can happen to people any age. I use a cleaning treatment which comes with cotton swabs but i also use this to bathe the eyes. It is very soothing and makes a good additional treatment. We all use screens these days and i suspect there is more dust and chemicals in our domestic environments which can affect the eyes.
