Spigen Rugged Armor Designed for Xperia 1 V Case (2023) - Matte Black

Best case I had on a phone has a nice grip and it looks better in had 100% recommended. Not too slim not too thick and it gives you a feel of assurance if you drop it it's going to protect the phone

I've been using this case for almost a year now. I'm a bit clumsy/careless when it comes to handling my phone, and despite dropping it at every conceivable angle from waist/shoulder heights, my phone never had cracked glass or scratches. This case, although lightweight/thin compared to say, an Otterbox, has done an excellent job protecting my phone. The fingerprint reader is easily accessible, and all of the buttons are easy to press. The case itself hasn't degraded or broken at all since I've owned it. It's a snug fit on the phone, but not difficult to take off or put back on.

Solid case. Very basic design but fits perfectly and big enough hole space for all buttons and ports. Wish they had a mag safe option or more designs available but one of the best Xperia phone cases available for the price since it's not a super popular phone.

I wasn't that excited about this case when I ordered it, but there aren't too many options for "rugged" cases for this phone yet. I will say it does look better than I expected and feels sturdy but not too bulky. It's raised around the camera and screen areas for protection while laying flat. The headphone cutout is wide enough to accommodate thicker jacks. The fingerprint cutout feels nice and makes it easy to locate blindly. A few minor cons: The shutter button does feel a bit squishy making it difficult to feel the 1st stage, but I could get used to that. The back feels a little slippery, but the sides have plenty of grip. And it's still not as nice and premium looking as some other options for iPhone or Samsung. I also bought the AIORIA PU Leather Retro Business Design case for $14 and that case definitely looks and feels more premium than this Spigen. It's not as protective but it is grippier, still raised around the camera and screen, and again looks so much nicer. So I'll be using that AIORIA daily, and this Spigen for times when I need more protection for the day.

I love Spigen because I don't have to worry about fit, quality, or protection. I have not bought a product from them that did not fit the intended phone or tablet. This case fits the phone snuggly. Allows proper access to all features (ports, mics, buttons, etc). Protects the phone from drops or impacts. Good quality and thin rubber material that is easy to hold on to and feels comfortable in the hand. The only 'negative' I have to mention, not a negative of Spigen or the product at all, is that if the phone is dropped and the face is impacted directly or the camera lens is impacted directly then the case won't protect them. Should be obvious and expected.

Been a bit over a year since I got this case. It's cheap and holding up great. I drop my phone several times a month usually onto concrete or asphalt, broken a few screen protectors but the case keeps the actual screen and body of the phone very safe. No damage to the phone itself and the corners aren't completely destroyed on this yet. Comes on and off easy.

I bought this, thinking it looked tacky, because I needed it the next day, and I can import a better one later. Turns out it's a very well made case, much better than the rendered photos make it out to be. I won't be upgrading after all.

Excellent 👌. La qualité est vraiment incroyable, même aspect que les Rhinoshield. J'ai longtemps hésité car la photo ne rends pas du tout compte de l'aspect réel de la coque. Elle est bien plus jolie en vrai et on voit de suite que la qualité est top. L'aspect un peu rugueux est très agréable au toucher, ça dissipe bien la chaleur et on peut y coller un anneau mag safe directement. La recharge sans fil se fait aussi sans problème. J'en ai eu marre des coques transparentes anti jaunissement qui jaunissement au bout de 2 mois, j'ai mis le temps à sauter le pas vers une coque noire, et ben je suis vraiment ravi de cet achat. Je recommande vivement.
