So Good I bought another one right away
This monitor is sick. Excellent clarity and touch for the price. The monitor is super light and will work perfect as a touch display. I was unsure if it was a quality product so I only got one. After receiving and testing the product I ordered another one right away to use as a control display. I was lucky enough that one of my USB ports had enough power to not only carry the touch feature, but also power. That means the maximum amount of power this monitor can draw is 10w (5v 2a) super impressive!!

This unit may no longer be in production by the manufacturer
This screen is everything promised. The screen will work with just a single usb c control cable yet to use the touchscreen function you need to use the supplied power block and cord. I’m using it with a Blackmagic video switcher and the Blackmagic screen buttons do work touchscreen. However attempting to purchase another of this model seems impossible as I ordered the supposed single one left in stock, it was due today but has not even been shipped. The model appears on the manufacturer website to no longer to be in production. Holding out hope but this doesn’t bode well if the company is dropping popular lines just to bait and switch to twice as expensive items.

Cheap monitor
Build quality is cheap. Flimsy plastic case. Picture quality is okay. Screen will refresh and lose settings, so constantly having to navigate the menus to correct the screen settings and brightness. Touch screen is okay using usb c connection for single connection to laptop. Probably should have bought a higher quality non-touch portable monitor. Maybe this one is defective?

Good once you use Window's settings to improve
First, I'll say I had to return the first one I received as it was missing about a quarter of an inch of the top of the screen glass. I had to laugh as the box said "Integrity First, Quality Assurance" really big on the front. That aside, this is a review for the replacement. I've had it a few months now. At first, I didn't really like it. But have managed to make improvements on it. If your computer does not have a spare USB-C port, you will need to use 2 cables, USB-A to USB-C and HDMI. The monitor is super light, and good quality cables can end up weighing more than the monitor, making it a bit unstable to keep upright if using on your lap for example. I bought this to use for a mini computer that I had hooked up in my living room as a media server. But wanted to be able to actually use it while sitting on the couch next to it. I found the cables awkward, but ended up buying lighter ones. One thing I wanted to do was rotate the screen. I thought it might be better upside down since the position of the cables was on the wrong side for me. I couldn't find this in the monitor settings, but later found it in Windows settings. I also found that I could put it in portrait mode. And that became a game changer. I am now loving it for reviewing and editing portrait pictures, and for reading ebooks, in portrait mode. Another big issue I had with it that could be fixed in Windows settings was the touchscreen calibration. It was very off to start with, but once I found that setting in Windows and did the calibration everything was fine. So had I reviewed this before I found that I could change the touchscreen calibration and orientation in Windows, I probably would have rated it lower. But now it's all good and I am loving the monitor. At the moment I actually have it plugged into my main laptop for photo reviewing, so came here to see if there was a Black Friday sale because I was actually considering buying another.

Do not use for Flight Simulator
These screens and similar screens of other generic brands are commonly referenced to be used in Flight Simulators like Air Manager for MSFS and X-Plane. They will not work as Advertised. I tried using 2 cables, 3 cables, new cables, adjusting windows settings, and graphic card settings. They failed miserably. The touch screen would only work sometimes, power would come and go, and resolution would change everytime I restarted the computer. I struggled with these for a week, but ultimately had to return them. I replaced my 2 screens with a name brand View Sonic touch screen. The worked perfectly out of the box. They work perfectly everytime I turn on my machine. They did cost double these generic screens, but avoiding the hassle and headache was well worth it. If you are setting up a flight sim. You have already spent a fortune. Don't cut corners on your touch screens.

Not a good touchscreen choice
Hello, I purchased this touchscreen monitor due to its price. I got what I payed for. The monitor is plastic and light weight. A little more flimsy than I thought it was going to be. The touchscreen worked for the most part with a Samsung s24 with the USB c to power and USB c to the phone. It was responsive but I may have needed to check my settings due to not seeing the mouse pointer. When connected to a Windows 11 laptop, I had to use the HDMI connection to the monitor and the usbc to power. The laptop connection was not that responsive and had issues with the mouse pointer on the screen moving all over the place. The speakers were ok. Setup was not hard but the cables it came with were a lower quality and may have been the reason for the poor performance at times. I cannot recommend this product as I have started the refund process. As for the refund process I got charged $15 due to a promotion discount that they say the monitor had. I purchased it for $99 dollars. I will see if that get cleared up.
