I truly like this product. Hands-free phone mount...I have attached it to my bed headboard and I can prop my phone in the holder to stream, watch videos, etc. It's easily adjustable and holds my phone securely in place. Very durable! Highly Recommend!

Item was okay. Very stiff in the beginning but you quickly learn how to handle it. The mount grip is amazing, the clamp that holds the phone is solid. I often found moving and manipulating the arm to adjust the phone was harder at time and I found the handle to open the clamp for the phone annoying, it could’ve been placed a bit different. Other than that it was easy to install and held up alright. Then the other day it just broke, my phone dropped low the stiff bar just gave out. No longer holds the phone up. Currently looking for a replacement. Update: the seller reached out and replaced the broken products. New one is efficient and holding strong.

After buying this in 2024,the bottom piece still works well,however the clamp part that holds the phone snapped in half and the rubber part that holds it in place slips off. Good product. I hope they sell a replacement clamp.

I bought this to hold my iPhone while making music videos, and I'm very happy with it. The clip at the base is designed very well, and is easy to adjust and secure, and holds very firmly. The phone holder clamp is also very good quality and holds my phone very securely. The gooseneck is EXTREMELY firm, and almost hard to adjust, but this is good; it means that the phone won't be swaying or bouncing. I got another one of these on which the gooseneck was so flimsy and lightweight that it sank when I put the phone on it... Very happy with this purchase; it's doing what I got it for very well, and the price was very reasonable.

Great phone holder, attaches right to the nightstand, and very long reach to move your phone closer. It takes 2 hands to maneuver so very strong for holding your phone.

I like it, but wish there were a few changes. Overall, the whole gooseneck is solid. The base clamps and tightens great. Only a few things could be changed. The stiffness of the neck. I get that it needs to be stable, but repositioning it definitely takes some effort. Two hands for sure. The the phone holder is awkward in that going from portrait to landscape takes effort and repositioning of the gooseneck to get it where you want it. Also you want to make sure is in the phone holder (within the grooves, or the phone may slip out of position. Other than that, it works very well.

I’ve purchased this phone holder multiple times over the past couple of years because the original design was genuinely great—perfect for watching videos in bed, leading Zoom yoga classes, or just hands-free browsing. But unfortunately, the newer versions have taken a serious step backward in terms of functionality and design. Let’s start with the phone holder itself: This product is clearly intended for people using their phones while lying down. Naturally, that means you're going to switch between portrait and landscape modes frequently—watching full-screen videos, reading articles, browsing apps. However, the part that holds the phone is mounted at a slight, fixed angle from the gooseneck. This means every time you rotate your phone, the whole thing ends up facing away from you unless you completely reposition the gooseneck again. It defeats the entire point of convenience and makes the experience frustrating. Now about the gooseneck arm: The first one I purchased had a long, flexible neck that could stretch comfortably from the table to my bed or yoga mat. It was sturdy, but not so rigid that you had to wrestle it into position. I liked it enough to buy a second one later on. That’s when the problems started. The second version looked the same in photos but came with a neck that was much shorter—maybe around 12 inches—and it was so stiff that adjusting it was nearly impossible. Unless you’re a bodybuilder, good luck bending it into a usable position. It felt like a completely different product, yet it was sold under the same listing. And then came the third one… By now, I thought maybe the stiffness was a fluke. I bought another to use during my online yoga sessions. But the new design changes made it totally unusable. First, the clamp holding the phone is poorly aligned for modern iPhones. The volume buttons often end up right where the clamp sits, so unless you place the phone awkwardly off-center, it keeps pressing buttons or muting sound. Worse yet, when you try to adjust the gooseneck, the clamp holding the phone springs open—causing your phone to fall out repeatedly. It’s not just annoying, it’s a potential hazard for your device. After multiple tries, I gave up. It simply can’t be trusted to hold a phone securely anymore. In summary: What used to be a fantastic, reliable, and practical product has now been redesigned to the point of being useless. I’m tired of ordering what I think is the same item only to receive an inferior version with different specs and worse performance. It’s incredibly frustrating when Amazon listings don’t clearly distinguish between these changes. This product is no longer worth the money, and I’ll be returning mine in search of something better.

This is perfect! The gooseneck is suuuuuper sturdy! You need to put in some muscle to get it to move and that is exactly what I was looking for.

It was sent in good time (before expected delivery) and was exactly as it is described. Perfect for mounting your phone in the kitchen to use it for a recipe, or in bed to watch a movie and it works really well for mounting the phone to take video calls. Love it!!

Update: I’ve had this now for awhile now and it hasn’t gone wrong once. I think some of these might be breaking because people are bending the arm without unscrewing the handle thing on the arm first. I’ve adjusted mine many times and to pack it up in my backpack when I leave I have it folded right tight in as small as shape it’ll go and after unscrewing the handle it does it easily with no issues. I agree with users who say it moves when you are doing something on your phone but it’s not that bad. Besides, if you’re going to be constantly monkeying around with your phone then you shouldn’t need it put in a holder like this one. It would actually be a hindrance to using the phone if it was put in a holder. So for the odd time where you have to touch the phone then a little wiggle from the arm isn’t a big deal. Anyway just as when I first used it I would still highly recommend this fantastically helpful and well designed phone holder/clamp. Oh I just wanted to point out that the mounting clamp on the bottom opens wide enough that I can clamp it on a hospital bed! So it opens really wide and tightens enough that it won’t fall off. This type of product is great for people who are disabled like myself. It’s made my life much easier and has stopped the endless sore necks from having to twist my head in ways so I could see my phone. So if you have a loved one or friend that’s disabled this phone holder could be right for them. Well I hope you like it as much as I do and it’s as helpful for you as it has been for me. Original Review: I spend a lot of time in the hospital so I needed something like this. Well I used it for the first time recently and it was perfect. It got a ton of attention from both nurses and patients. So many people could use this that a charge nurse took the details and pictures to see about the hospital ordering some. It’s so nice not having to hold your phone for hours. It’s so simple to use. Just simply turn those handle looking things and then you can bend away and the 2nd one opens the clamps and then tighten them. It opens wide too. I highly recommend this tool both because it’s incredibly handy and because it’s well made.

Absolutely worth the price! No more balancing the phone on a pillow to watch in bed and so easy to attach and modify to the right angle. I will be buying a few for Christmas presents mainly cause they are not the cheap useless ones i have purchased before.
