Exelent item package with the pick tail harness.
Exelent combo, the pick tail harness came in handy since my was 20 years old so I decided to replaced my original after all since its has been thare for 20 years. Everything its working like a charm.

Reliable Replacement
With the original sensor and wires being broken, this product was perfect. The pigtail wire with connecting plug was a very helpful. The entire replacement process went very smooth. I had my 12 year old son remove the old sensor and install the new one. I connected the pigtail to my original wires, plugged into the sensor and it was complete. This product fit perfect and at a very reasonably priced. It came with two sensors and two pigtails, we will have a spare on the shelf for Ole Silverado if needed in the future.

Working good
Seems to be working good on my dad’s 2003 Chevy avalanche. His factory wire harness connector just got brittle and fell apart. Was causing drivability issues in his water. Temp gauge would move all around. I cut his old connector off and soldered this new connector on. His truck has not ran this good in quite some time. I did not use the sensor itself because his factory sensor was still working fine.

So far so good. Its working for my 05 silverado 1500.

Bad Product
By the time I got around to install this sensor, it was about two weeks into the return window. I installed it and it went out about 17 days later. ONLY WORKED for 17 days. I can't get a replacement because it's past the 30 day return policy. So BEWARE of this brand.

This controls the cooling fans and temperature gauge
Originally paid more for AC Delco but ordered the cheaper one to use as test on the LS engines .Wound up using this one when the AC failed after a 4 hour run. Spent about 8 hrs thinking i had a short because the gauge quit working and fans stopped . But after extensive ohming of the pigtail and finding 4.7 on one side from ecm and ground changed out temperature control with this one and everything worked . So just because its cheap sometimes dont make it less dependable .
