API MELAFIX

I have been keeping fish for over 25 years and I love the API products. This API Melafix works great. It is a freshwater fish Bacterial Infection Remedy. It comes in various sizes and when used properly will last a long time. Its a great value for the money and will help with Fungal Infection, Fin and Tail Rot, Dropsy and Malawi Bloat just to name a few. It is clear in color and will not cloud your water. A natural product and when used exactly really helps your fishies get well.

This medication works really well and you need to follow the instructions. It's great that it didn't kill my aquatic plants!! It does seem to take a little longer to work with my Cory Cats but this does the job it is advertised to do and has been a life saver for probably 15 years now!

I first bought this product on Amazon in March 2011, I have since bought 16oz once a year till 2013, and then I bought a 64oz, which I stored to long and went bad, but that is on me. I just bought another 16oz again for my 5th time in 2024. I love this stuff, it has saved so many fish of mine over the years. It is not a miracle cure, if a fish is to far gone, it won't save them. Its great for other fish, put in with new fish, little bit each week just to keep everyone healthy. I have NEVER had it ever harm a fish ever. Though, like with anything, I am sure that potential exists if not used as directed.I really cannot recommend this stuff more, it is the best fish product I have ever bought, it works, its safe 99% of the time, and it smells great, your tank will smell better. I cannot say enough good about this product. If you have fish, you should keep this in stock.
