As someone with tremors, this is so helpful! Works great and makes my life easier.

This is the perfect accessory to keep insulin vials safe in between uses and helps to securely transfer from vial to pod. My daughter likes the way it helps her hold the vial when pulling insulin and helping to guide the parts. The only tricky part is getting a vial out to replace, but not enough of a problem to drop my rating

I can't describe how poorly, how cheaply, this is made. The plastic hinge holding the 2 parts together is a total joke, there is no way it could last. Is this a joke? Shame on Amazon for allowing this to be sold.

This is great for people with shaky hands or arthritis. I read the reviews and some warned that the thing is cheap plastic and possibly the hinges could eventually break with wear and tear. I was desperate to find something to help handle the vial and syringe—I am not using it for travel only at home, so I figure to not close it to save any pressure on the hinges. For my needs, which is to help handle the vial while maneuvering the syringe, it is a perfect assist. I gave it a 4 star rating b/c it is a bit pricey.

Great item. Works so easily. My dad has limited hand strength so this works perfectly for him when he needs to refill his pod.

Love this product! My only complaint is that it is a little awkward flipping the insulin vial out each time to disinfect it. The sound of the plastic hinge popping open makes me a little concerned that it will wear out with usage. However, I would buy another new one because it is just that useful. I am hopeful this will help my young son be able to fill his own insulin pump sooner than without the help of this product.

While the product works well for filling a syringe, it falls short in two areas. 1) you can’t get an empty vial out without prying it out with some type of lever (such as the tip of a key). 2) for some reason they chose to manufacture it so there is a hole directly over the stopper of the vial. But, the hole is too small to be able to wipe the top of the stopper before inserting the syringe. And the top of the vile is so close to the edge that it’s almost impossible to clean the top of the vial. You probably don’t need to clean it if you keep it stored in the same place. However, if you have to travel, you’ll need to drop it in the Ziploc baggie or something to protect it.

Great Product and so much easier to use - expensive for what it is - but well worth it

Our one issue when changing the pods on my child was pulling insluin from the vial steadly while holding both items and trying not to get bubbles. This solved the problem. It holds the vial and syringe steady and makes the process easier.

Helps a lot when filling pods

I have severe arthritis and am a type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump. My new pump requires me to withdraw insulin from a vial and it is very unstable to hold with severe arthritic hands. This gadget solves all those problems and I am so glad someone made this product. It has helped me tremendously. Thank you!

This product is fantastic. Great quality, strong plastic. Perfect addition to our T1D go kit! Because of the design, I can more easily draw insulin and avoid filling the syringe with tiny air bubbles. I also like that I can store my insulin vial inside the device and carry it in my diabetic bag as always. Very helpful, exactly what I needed and as described by the seller. Thank you so much!
