Well I'm writing this review after approx 3 months of usage. I'm a genuine customer and this is real feedback and I HIGHLY recommend this company and product over others. I used it daily without any problems and there's absolutely do delay that I have noticed so far. In switch you may get a delay sometimes but it's less than 200-300ms. With my Alexa device the reaction time of the device is flawless and super quick. I found the design to be compact and sleek. Installation is pretty straight forward as well. Well this is not the USP of the product you can get the same thing in others as well the UPS is in their customer care and services. Trust me, I own few other modules from another company over the years and as an electric devices they are bound to fail at times, with reputed brands (like wipro and smarteefii) I had severe issues with customer care over the years. However I swear one of the BEST service I've dealt with was with Arcnics and I'm including my experience with other service centers as samsung and oneplus. Usually it's a hassle and after sale service is bit painful in India. There's few companies that are committed towards ethics of the business. I can proudly say that Arcnics is one of them. As an electrical devices sometimes there can be faults (as per my experience over past 4 years with different brands) some works for years some give up in just about 7 days or 3 months as a case with this one but how the company handles their service can tell you a lot about it and their commitment towards their job and product. As a genuine customer I would highly advice you all to trust the product the shot the gun with it. You won't be disappointed. I know there might be some negative feedbacks from another users however go into wipro's section or homemate or smarteefii and you'll find the same. There's no one on earth with 100% positive reviews nothing is perfect so it comes down to what is the closest to perfect ? and I found this to be one of the best and value for money of course. Also like i said USP is the customer care, many reputed brands failed (perhaps larger in capital and financial size than arcnics) to deliver on their promise but this firm didn't (fail) so I will bet my money on a honest and an ethical company. My rankings Arcnics stands out at number one, Smarteefii pro series second (stn sucks) and then wipro (the latter two have very bad customer service unfortunately in my case) Edits: I forgot to allude that this works with smartlife app which is an easy as my numerous other devices are paired with that app. With all the other expect homemate you have to download their own applications so it can be a little messy (that's more like a nit pick but still I give 1+ point for ease of application as well) Again I would like to remind I'm not a bot and this is a genuine review of the product. I have two of the devices and one failed and another is rocking solidly. Hence for me customer care is important as other brands have failed at times too so yeah go ahead with it. (They have what's app contact which may take a little time so that can be one downside but given the size of the company I won't complain on it)

Excellent quality, easy to install and configure. Best performance with smart lifr app, google assistant and alexa. Just need some knowledge of basic electric connections of a switch board. Value for money and build quality also very good. Very compact, so easily fits into old switch boards.

Has a very small form factor and fits within the modular boxes very easily. The app connectivity is also easy and good. I wish it had smartthings integration, right now only works with Smart Life and Alexa. Update after 8 months of usage: Stopped working in 8 months and support from the company is pathetic. Updated rating to 5 as I was able to use it with Google Home and do better automation.

Installed for our common evening and night lights. I can control thru mobile app and manual switch too. I set a schedule for these lights. Now it's automated. Really good product, bit costly.

This 2 node switch was configured using Smart Life App.U have to ensure that the connectivity to Wifi is with in range . U could also hook it to a Zigbee hub as per the manual .I have placed it in a switch board enclosure.Takes about 30-40 minutes to wire it .It will be nice to see how this works on a long run . Use the right size of cable for termination.The manual is self explanatory.If u have no experience or electrical skills ,take a help from a electrical technician.Incase your wifi fails ,u can still use the switch to control the lights .

Fits within the switch box so you don’t have to worry about it hanging anywhere. The connectors are great and hold wires perfectly. Great wifi connectivity and works with alexa, google and smartlife app.

It did not work, the light does not blink on the device for pairing, the app is poorly designed.
