They are worth the price
If you are like me and love taking care of your car then splurging on some towels is worth it. Yes you can get like 10 towels for $10 that are microfiber, but they are trash compared to these. Griot's microfiber loop towels are honestly the most absorbent towels I've ever worked with and they don't scratch the paint because they have the soft edges which is way better than edge-less for longevity and quality. Makes drying your car so eaaaasy. I use these on the interior cleans and i use the below on the car drying as its a way bigger towel. Griot's Garage 55504 PFM Drying Towel

Best 16” microfiber towel for car detailing
If you really care about your vehicle, look no further—These towels are completely awesome, unlike any I’ve used. I ordered these smaller 16” towels after getting the larger towels. These are good for smaller places on the vehicle, dash, or just small detail overall. People have commented about drying the entire car with this towel, but this 16” towel is designed to be a Detail towel. Wonderful thick towels, highly recommend these over average microfiber towels. One of the larger towels dries my entire SUV. I use the for detail and also perfect for cleaning spray off windows in between washings. Can wash in warm or hot water, but use a gentle microfiber wash. Then dry in a LOW dryer.

Nice product, worked well
appears well made. Has some thickness to it so no worries about leaning into it when cleaning.

Tested Many, By Far the Best
Are these a little spendy compared to other options on the market? Yes. Are they also better than any other similar style towel I’ve ever used for automotive purposes? YES! We recently purchased a new car (a big deal for us) and I went into automotive detailing mode, wanting to keep it fresh and protect it for as long as I can. Tried many different towels from amazon and came across these. Wish I would have bought these first! I was skeptical, but dang - no joke, it really is PFM - pure freakin’ magic. Super high quality material, durable, extreme absorbency, soft, no lint left on the car, no streaks, etc. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and I went ahead and later bought the larger version as well. You won’t regret it.

Griots Garage provides great products
Have bought these multiple times. Great as small drying towels and for paint safe detail work. Same “weave” / texture (PFM) as their large drying towel. A little pricey but always top quality and worth it in my opinion.

Amazing Towels, But Overpriced
First of all, I love these towels. They feel super nice and really do a great job working in detail spray, ceramic detailers, etc. and picking up dust from the paint. These are definitely the highest quality towels I have owned (have had Chemical Guys, Jax Wax, Costco, and more) but also the most expensive. At $10 per towel these are not cheap (reason for the 4 star), but I’d say if you have the extra money to spend, they are worth it. For comparison, edgeless towels from Jax Wax are $5.75 each and the premium red line towels from Chemical Guys are roughly $4.50 each. So double the price, but worth it if you can justify the spending the extra money!

Efficient, swirl-free drying
I was previously using a Megs waffle weave towel to dry cars, but it seemed like the low/no pile and thinness of those could lead to swirl marks. Also, they didn't seem to hold much water. With the large version of these, I can dry an entire midsize SUV that's completely covered in water after a wash leaving no streaks/spots/swirls. If I use a blower to initially and quickly blow off the vehicle first (just to get off the heavy water), I've done up to 3 cars with just one of the large towels. I can easily dry one vehicle with just one of these small towels after using a blower on it first. The small ones are also great for catching those mysterious drips that sometimes appear afterwards. After trying these for the first time, I now own 2 of the large towels and 4 of the small ones. I'm quite pleased with this purchase. I'd have to say it's one of my favorite car detailing products. Thanks Griot's!

By far the best microfiber I've come across....
I've bought / used everything out these at this point. Kirkland, RAG Co, Cobras, even the Grants at HF. I used to follow forums like Auto Geek in hopes that the shear volume of users would act as a large testing lab so that I could make better decisions on supplies to purchase. Supplies like microfibers. The truth is that sites like AG push a flavor of the month and tend to only tout items in which they sell. I've watched people get warnings and banned over mentioning the wrong products or giving honest negative reviews about a product the forum owners are touting (this practice is not limited to AG). While there is a plethora of great information on those forums I've had enough of that BS at this point. I ended up buying a pack of pretty much every towel on Amazon. Talk about draining the pocketbook. Between lint, marring, tags that shouldn't be there, fiber release, lack of release, I was sick of every towel I owned; Some $400 worth before my Amazon shopping spree. So my crusade eventually led to this particular towel. Damn I wish I would have found these 20 years ago. I also wish they were half the price. That said, this is bar none the best MF I've found to date. Compound and polish removal, general detailing, leveling ceramic coatings, quick detailer application, heck even washing. That said, I can't afford to wash my cars with these, lol. The shear weight of this towel feels like quality in hand. I've never had one shed. I've never had one leave a mark on my paint. They do pile some but not crazy. All in all, if there is a better towel out there I've yet to find it. I'll keep looking because it's in my nature but if you roll up on me on detailing day, you can bet your donkey I have one of these in my hand.
