Ummmm, where have you been all my life? My two favorite things: caffeine and protein and you’re telling me I can get BOTH in one go? And a decent amount per serving without sacrificing calories or taste?!?? No seriously, I’m ordering a couple more of these asap bc I live in fear of my favorite items suddenly not being available. Genuinely tasty, it has some sort of sweetener in it that could be off putting but the overall taste reminded me of those little automatic cappuccino machines you see at a gas station when it’s 2 am, you have 500 more miles to go and you need a fix. It’s not a state of the art cortado tasting kind of coffee flavor, I honestly bet you could add a genuine espresso shot to this if you need that REAL coffee flavor but the taste is good!! It’s like cheap yet still yummy coffee tasting. It beats any other traditional protein shake after taste any day!! Not chalky, dumped a scoop and gave it a bad stir into straight tap water and it mixed perfectly on its own, no lumps!! Soooooo filling. I had this around the time I usually have some sort of craving and wow. No food noise, no hunger pains, perfect energy where I didn’t feel jittery or overstimulated or tired!!! Idk. This stuff is good. It’s the best of both worlds and does the trick. I appreciate it and will be using it with a shot of espresso to get that extra boost/ flavor but I appreciate it curbing my hunger, keeping me full and energized and helping me reach my protein goals.

Shakes right up , no lumps and makes a good cold coffee. It's a bit sweet. I add milk to fix that.

Blends well in cold water. Does not blend in hot beverages due to the whey protein. Taste is good but a bit too sweet for me. I used 1/2 scoop in water and added a double shot of espresso to cut back on the sweetness.

I LOVE several other flavors of Ascent Protein - the Vanilla and Chocolate Peanut Butter are my favs but the Chocolate and Lemon are also good. I've used this protein powder for years - it has no chemicals and is a really easy way to supplement with clean protein. HOWEVER - this flavor is really bad. I mixed it, had a sip and stopped. Was going to toss it, but thought maybe I should give it a second taste. Nope - this is very strange ( at least to me). I highly recommend other flavors - the Vanilla and Choc Peanut Butter are pretty wonderful.

Delicious! Easy to mix and tastes great! Easy to get my caffeine and protein all at once!

Value is A+. Smells good. Tastes good. Dissolves so nicely! Filling. Good appetite control!
