I was really impressed by how quickly the High Protein method box arrived—everything was frozen solid, and I simply transferred it to my freezer, letting the bottles for the first day thaw. Following the program helped me lose 3.5 pounds, and the best part was that I was never hungry because I was having the suggested foods as well. A weight loss program that lets you eat potatoes? Count me in! I also noticed a gentle cleansing effect without frequent trips to the bathroom, and I felt energized and light throughout the process. I’d love to do this at least twice a month, but given the high-quality ingredients used, the product is a bit pricey. I plan to do it every three months instead.

These juices are clearly made with very high-quality ingredients--I could tell the moment I opened and drank the first one! It was hard to portion them out for the sake of following a program! I am a regular "gym-goer" and I would say that combined with sufficient exercise that these provide plenty of protein and energy when ingested on a regular basis. The price point isn't easy to swallow, however, it's relative to the quality and results of the product. Really attractive bottles that arrived in very good packaging. They were still totally frozen and I put them in the freezer and moved them down to the refrigerator to dethaw daily. I watch my sugar intake and never felt that these caused me to have any negative feelings due to the naturally-occurring sugars in them. These are, additionally, totally raw drinks which maximizes the ability for your body to absorb and use the nutrition that is provided from them. Highly recommended if you are looking to find a healthy way to maintain your nutrient intake and maintain energy while losing weight!

After feeling kinda blah for a while I decided i was ready for a change. This was a great time to try a juice cleanse to jump start my healthy lifestyle. The juices are packed very well and arrive at your home frozen. I was a little worried because there was a delay in deliver but because of the great insulation they were still frozen. Getting all your juices at once makes it really easy to stick to the program. I appreciate that you had the juice in addition to a normal healthy dinner, that made me feel like it was doable. I like the variety in the juices, new flavors to look forward to each day. I appreciate that they juices are all raw and full of tons of nutrients. The protein shakes do make you feel full, i never felt like i was starving. I think the boost drinks are a great idea, a nice boost to help you stick to the plan. This week has got me wanting to be healthier. I wish they were a little more affordable, but i could see myself doing this once a year to get back into being healthier.

Juices were quite delicious

I didn't lose any weight on this cleanse, but it was a great way to easily add additional fruits, veggies, and protein to my diet. However, the amount of sugar and fat in some of the shakes detracted from the healthy intent. The biggest positive: I'm already a veggie and fruit lover, so the Skinny booster and green juices were my favorites--especially the apple celery and lemony greens. Refreshing, hydrating, and lower calorie. Could've used more ginger and fruit forward flavor, however. The skinny booster did not contain any nutritional info, unfortunately. However, I was quite pleased to see that these juices contained about 7 grams of protein, which is unusual for a juice. A bit low on fiber content though. The biggest negative: The creamy meal shakes and protein boost. At almost 500 calories and 40 grams of fat per shake, this far exceeds what I like to consume--especially if I'm trying to lose weight. And while I appreciated that the texture wasn't overly thick or gloppy, they weren't particularly flavorful. If anything, they left a bitter aftertaste (probably due to all the almonds) on my tongue which wasn't very pleasant. They reminded me of an unsweetened chocolate milk. The protein boost in particular was extremely grainy and almost sour. Takeaway: I wish they allowed us to pick and choose our perfect cleanse combination. I'd choose an all red/green juice cleanse, with added fiber and protein and lower sugar. I'd also prefer more unique flavor profiles with spices like cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, and cardamom for digestive benefits or elderberry for immunity. The meal shakes may work better for someone who is actually trying to gain weight and lean muscle, considering their extremely high fat content. They are more for someone who adores the bitterness of nuts.

I thought these would be a great way to get extra nutrition but was not expecting it to have such great flavor. Each of these were very enjoyable. I read some other reviews saying they didn't taste good so it's important to note these MUST stay in the freezer. They came perfectly packaged amd frozen solid. I took them out the night before consuming and let them thaw in the fridge overnight. They were ready to go in the morning and I felt it was a great way to start the day. 1 for breakfast, lunchtime, and before dinner and they were all delicious. I recommend these as an addition to they day and to keep me me from over snacking.

Day one destroyed me if you don’t intake in fiber regularly don’t drink this I am still sick from day 1 stomach cramps fever diarrhea nauseous headache I was bed ridden for 4 days all from too much fiber intake the drinks has a weird taste and weird texture was not worth it as it sits the drink separates just be carful when buying stuff with no fda approval this I just my story it may work for you
