These moisturizing face masks are amazing! The quality is top-notch, and I can genuinely feel my skin becoming more hydrated after each use. I especially love using them after a night out or when I haven’t gotten much sleep—they really help reduce under-eye darkness and leave my face looking refreshed. Out of all the masks I’ve tried, these are by far the best for hydration. I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

I have incredibly dry and sensitive skin. These are the only masks I can use in the winter that hydrates my skin well. They're easy to use and stay on even when I am doing my hair or working. I use them once every other day and my skin has been much less dry.

I order 12. I have ordered 12 many times now. I received one. Again. Again. I love these masks. I pay for 12 yet again because I want them. And again, I am sent one. And for a return I have to spend half an hour driving across town. Once was fine- twice I could understand. We all make mistakes. And now I have ordered 12 face masks many times because I love this product. I assumed the company would get its act together. They haven’t. I want this . I love these face masks。 I can’t order them because when I buy 12, I ALWAYS receive 1. Then I ask for a replacement and get the full 12x and if I don’t spend my time and energy to return the single mask, which takes a lot of my time, I then sm charged twice. Why can the company send correct replacements every time and fail to send my initial order correctly every time? Because they get paid twice when O do t have time to drive thei single mask they send me? I haven’t found a better product. And I am done I assumed that ordering would get better. And I have now received one face mask while ordering and being charged for 12, so many times that I’m out over $200 and I hold active hate for Neutrogena. And I love these face masks. I eod have been a repeated and loyal customer and I gave them so many chances to just send what I purchased from them. I’m disappointed red that I can’t get their masks. I’m angry that I gave them the benefit of the doubt. And I’m angry that I have spent t my time and money either returning the single mask or not having the energy or time to return it and then being charged for the (suspiciously always correct) 12 pack. Ordering something I want is not possible . Unless I am willing to spend half an hour returning g it and asking for a replacement EVERY time I try to order these. Why?!?

Received yesterday and tried it right away — the hydration is excellent and my skin felt instantly refreshed and soft. The mask covers the eyes too, which forces a relaxing break and makes it great for a short rest. A great option for moisturizing and self-care at the same time.

Feels very refreshing and nice to use. It’s a little difficult to place it correctly on your face, but once it’s on it does stay and doesn’t slide off easily. Feels relaxing and cool

I love this product so much! Especially in New England during the winter. It really hydrates your skin. Pro tip! Save the extra juice in the bag and apply to chest, hands, neck, etc. I also slather it on my face throughout the day.

These are a great value for the money! They are comparable to much more expensive masks. They were recommended to me by a Hollywood makeup artist and I have been buying them ever since. They are extremely hydrating and non-irritating and leave a nice glow. I have dry, sometimes sensitive, skin and have always had a very good experience with these. They do not leave a sticky residue and have a very generous amount of serum in the packets. You could even use them twice by putting the mask in a plastic baggy with the leftover serum. It can be a little tricky to get them off of the backing and onto your face, but with a little practice, it is no problem. They don't completely cover my face so I just use some of the extra serum on the places the mask doesn't reach like the skin by my ears and around my nose. Of course I look silly with the mask on and scare my dog, but that is the price of beauty! ;-)
