Krylon K01312 11-Ounce Kamar Varnish Aerosol Spray

It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny. This varnish was recommended to work with Sharpie Pens when painting rocks, as it does not run.

I use this varnish to seal my alchohol ink artwork, works very well indeed.

Gives a nice fine coat of varnish which dries quickly and without leaving any brush lines

Perfect for sealing alcohol based inks, remember to turn upside down and spray until clear once you’re done with each coat to stop it from getting blocked up

I hand paint with acrylic paint and paint pens onto wooden gift tags and canvas. I saw this product mentioned when googling to find a varnish that didn't make acrylic paint bleed. I have used this for the first time today. Good points - It has worked without any paint bleed It has a nice shine once dry It is quicker than painting on varnish with a brush Bad points - The spray area is quite wide so you waste a fair amount It is easy to miss bits Overall it is good. I got one can and looked again for more so I have a spare can for when this one runs out, but it is currently unavailable.

I was recommended this product as I use alcohol ink and needed a sealant, it works so well and doesn’t leave any marks. I haven’t used it on anything else yet It’s quite expensive but worth it

Krylon Kamar is an awesome product ....acts superb as a sealant for alcohol inked bases ...2 to 3 coats of which will make the substrate waterproof and resistance to other outdoor conditions... ...I have used this varnish on almost lots of my inked artworks ...turned out to be the best for my inked artworks 👌👌!!Never start my art without having them at hand ...I love the way Krylon Kamar works 😍😍...👌👌👏👏!!

Love Love this product. It is the only spray clear to seal painted glass as it does not run, dries reasonably fast and is glossy. It is far superior that any of the other spray clear lacquer, polyurethane. The only issue is I cannot find it stock in any store in DFW. Home Depot Does not carry it, Walmart shows on their website that they have in stock but when you get there, it is no where to be found. Anyway, awesome product and does not mess up when you keep for a while or it does not seem to clog the nozzle either.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT

I've been using this product for a number of different things such as ceramic decoration and canvases. It works really nice. I always make sure I'm going to well ventilated area of course but overall no surprises. The finish dries fairly quick and delivers on quality.
