This camera is a great value for the price. I bought the cellular camera to help an elderly friend keep watch on her apartment while she is out, since she is having problems with unauthorized entry and doesn’t have WiFi. The camera is small and can be placed out of sight and inconspicuous. The battery seems to last a long time. It has been up for about a week and it is still showing a nearly full battery. The camera The SIM card gets good reception and the rates are reasonable, about $15/month or $80 for 6 months for a basic plan that seems to have plenty of data for our needs. The camera app is pretty easy to use and allows you to adjust sensitivity to movement as well as set a schedule for when the camera is active (if you don’t want to be receiving alerts at certain times, for example). My friend is not tech-savvy at all, but I was able to add the app on her phone and teach her how to view videos. There is also the option to purchase a cloud service that stores captured videos online. This isn’t required if you install an SD card, but is helpful since we will still have the videos if the camera gets stolen or vandalized. It is also pretty reasonably priced for one year of cloud service. I would purchase a camera again. The nice thing is that it does not require WiFi, so is good for remote locations, though it must be used indoors or protected from the elements.

WARNING: SUBSCRIPTION SCAM! Do not buy this!! This isn't just a "bad" product; it is a calculated, fraudulent operation designed to steal your money through a useless subscription service. If you are looking for a functional security camera, look elsewhere. The hardware itself is mostly a paperweight. Out of the box, the camera fails to connect or function as advertised. I had one that worked briefly but it’s only temporary. Once you sign up for their required subscription and they have your credit card info, the real scam begins. If you have issues (and you will), their support chat is a clever (and infuriating!) ruse. They will trap you in an endless loop of "troubleshooting" steps that do absolutely nothing. When you tell them the step doesn’t work, they’ll ignore you and send you another “step.” I received an insane amount before I realized what was going on. It is a stalling tactic designed to exhaust you. They know you can’t win. They bank on you giving up. I spent hours following their instructions, proving the device was defective, only to be met with more scripted nonsense. The moment you realize the product is a lemon and ask for a refund on the subscription you were forced to buy, the mask slips. They flat-out refuse to refund the money, even though the service they are charging for does not work. Bottom Line: This company is selling faulty hardware as a gateway to trap people in un-refundable subscriptions. They are banking on you giving up out of frustration. Don’t give them a dime.

La videocamera funziona collegandola al modem di casa seguendo facilmente le istruzioni in italiano. Bisogna scaricare una app e accoppiare il dispositivo. Non ha una micro SD Fa il video da sè di 20 secondi ogni volta che rileva un movimento. I video vengono salvati su un Cloud e puoi vederli gratuitamente sempre gli ultimi 3 giorni (video di oggi, ieri e l'altro ieri)dal quarto giorno bisogna abbonarsi. puoi visionarli direttamente dalla app che se vuoi ti avvisa con una notifica. E puoi scaricarli sul telefono. Dalla app Puoi anche vedere, ogni volta che vuoi , le immagini in diretta. La qualità è buona. L'audio funziona bene ma se la videocamera è inserita dentro a un oggetto cubico tipo una scatoletta rilascia un piccolo rumore di sottofondo che non compromette gli altri suoni registrati. La consiglio per l' ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e la disponibilità del venditore sempre pronto per informazioni o eventuali problemi.

L'autonomie de la caméra dépasse une dizaine d'heures, à condition de ne pas l'interroger trop souvent (mode jour) Le service Clients semble à l'écoute (mail reçu avec les contacts , suivant le type de question), mais je n'ai eu besoin de les contacter Montée sur un petit morceau de contreplaqué ( 60 x 50x 15mm) car elle n'est pas stable dans toutes les positions sinon, cela permet de la placer aisément

Alles in Allem; Klein, Gut, und macht seine Arbeit. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen; Meinen bestehenden Cloudspeicher konnte ich nicht benützen. Funktioniert, meines Wissens, nur mit dem Ubox-Cloudspeicher. Update nach einiger Betriebszeit der Kamera: Auch nach anfänglichem "Herumgefummle" hält der Akku noch immer mit der ersten Ladung. Die Kamera und App ist sehr stabil. Und nicht zu Letzt ist der Support hervorragend. Rasch und kompetent wurden meine Fragen beantwortet. Ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür.
