I found these held for my 1940s hairstyle. I have very fine hair, these stayed in place for the whole time I was out. These are very small, but they worked for the half updo. I will buy the other sizes up for different styles. They are expensive but the teeth touch which is what keeps them in place on my fine hair, unlike others.

Great combs a little small but they don’t fall out. I am going to see if larger ones available

These are pretty good, they grip my fine, straight hair really well and don't shift about at all. They're simple to use, but there is a knack of putting them in effectively - this is easily found on YouTube etc. They are colourless so are very unobtrusive. They are on the small side so won't be suitable for holding lots of hair, but I use them just for side sections and for that purpose they are great. Only concern is how long they will last - but so far, so good

Brilliant. Wish I’d known about these sooner. I’ve always had incredibly fine hair and its got worse with ill health. I’ve never been able to use hair combs or clips successfully but these little combs are fantastic. They stay put and keep my hair in place all day!

Yes they do grip as specified but watch sizing. These extremely expensive in my opinion for very small combs. I wasn’t impressed with that!

Sadly this item does not last. One of the teeth has fallen out. I use it to hold back my hair but the teeth bent then yesterday one fell off. The item is quite expensive so you’d expect better quality

Amazing for my fine hair! Totally delighted ! Normal hair combs are too ‘heavy’ and just fall out. Love these! Totally worth the money !

Very well made and is practically impossible to see once pinned in my hair. The size is quite small so it is better suited for shorter or thinner hair.

Best hair clip I’ve ever used. I have thick baby fine hair and this secures my hair better than any other clip I’ve ever used. And it holds it firmly and keeps it in place. It doesn’t snag the hair or pull it out when you take it out either. I lost one and I’m bout to buy up a bunch of these. Heaven forbid these ever get discontinued cuz I k ow they’re not popular but they work better than absolutely everything else! Another old timer secret that should never be forgotten- the other brands are all losers- this simple design does the trick. It holds it all in place and with good grip!
