I bought this because i always wanted a sewing machine but the last time i owned one i found it very overwhelming and intimidating. this works perfect for me! it doesn’t have any fancy stitches but it sews well and gets the job done. it even hems denim without a problem. the bobbin is easy to thread and i have completed so many projects that have been sitting forever. it looks tiny but it is big enough and the fold out table helps to keep your projects straight while stitching.

Well, I just tailored my work pants. The instructions to use the sewing machine are not very clear. What I needed to do first was use a different color. The machine showed up with white thread and it was already set up. I took a picture just to make sure that I set it up right since I needed to remove the white thread. I have done lots of sewing in the past, but, I like pictures for reference. I did watch a video to wind the thread on an empty bobbin, simple enough. The trick was taking the full bobbin of white thread off. There were no instructions. I first tried just pulling it, but it would not move, so I took plyers and twisted counterclockwise and pulled. Once it came out, I realized that all you need to do is pull, but would certainly need to use something for leverage. It was pretty easy getting it all set up after that. I would say that just being able to hem and take in the leg width of my pants was worth the purchase.

Am experienced sewer who wanted small machine for minimal alterations. Do not buy this machine. Pressure foot does not rise/lower; thread does not feed freely; stitching jams; bobbin does not spin as should; foot pedal chord is short; cheaply constructed. Looks like item I received was already returned. Piece of junk.

This is exactly what I needed. It came threaded and wound. Sure stitches. Pretty much plug and play. Small and space saving! Love it! Made the slipcover this morning .

It's working fine, except there is no option to change the bobbin of line that I showed in pictures. How can we change the line color, if we want to use other than white dress? When I bought, they already fixed bobbin with white line. And there is no instruction how to remove it. As I see in some review video, I tried to pull it. But no luck and remains some pain on my fingers. I am not sure why the product doesn't have proper instruction manual.

I have a big machine that I barely know how to use- had to YouTube and figure out things myself but was still having issues with tension and stuff. Put it away for awhile then went to get it out and couldn't find the dang pedal. So I got this thing and I love it! Instructions are iffy as with most things I purchase from Amazon, but fairly easy to figure out on your own or with Google. It's super small so larger projects are difficult to impossible. But it has helped me so much to knock out some of the projects I end up hyperfixated on and I am very happy with this purchase! I haven't had it super long and have not had to change the bobbins yet so that could possibly change, but so far so good!

I'm a guy and the most sewing I've ever done is by hand... poorly. I thought this would be confusing to figure out, but it turns out it's actually fairly simple so long as you read the instructions. Shocker, I know. It has a cord, but also batteries so it has a lot of portability if you need it. You can use it however you prefer. I also love the little table thing that comes with it. That makes it much easier to use.
