I tried this after reading several reports about the health benefits of Chromium Picolinate. As with any supplement, you always have to take the marketing with a grain of salt. For me, the promises of an energy boost were why I gave it a shot. Took it for about a month and didn't feel a difference, so now I've stopped. Again, this is the type of product that may work for some...it just didn't work for me.
