Solution to problem of bulb not working after power failure since it’s arrival.
I charged the bulb for more than 8 hours it lits up when there is electric supply but still when light goes it does not lit up. I thought that I have been fooled. Then I found that when two end points of bulb are connected with any metal it lights up. Perhaps when there is no electric supply, the circuit remains open and bulb does not light. I made a desi jugaad of connecting two terminals of a spare bulb holder and place this bulb in it whenever there power failure..

Bad & damaged product, worst customer support
Bad product combo, every time One will be working and one will be not working. And once you initiate the return there won't be any option to return only replacement. And even if you initiate replacement, they won't deliver the replacement unit and ask you to cancel the replacement request after 3days of "out for delivery" scam. Then after that I don't know whether you receive the refund amount or not. It's a headache, don't trust the seller not the customer support. Very bad experience...

Most useful but got faulty must be tripple check QC.
LED BULB is not lit on when no power even after more than 10-12 hours charging light on otherwise when power supply okay light on hence it's back up battery operations management is faulty not working properly when light power break down. Light is also little dim bright compared to normal 9 Watt LED bulb. System machanism is faulty. Otherwise must be okay and useful when light power break down. Due respect
