Does this come with aluminium resin vat as standard or do we have to buy it separately?

Originally it was sold with a plastic resin vat. The company has since started shipping with aluminium. I paid around $230 for the printer and it came with a plastic vat. The company has since replaced that vat for me with the aluminium one. If you are paying more than $230 for the printer, I would assume then that it is being shipped with the aluminium vat.
