I’ve been using this Geyser since last 6-7 days, and overall, I’m quite satisfied. The geyser heats water very quickly - within 2-3 minutes - which is perfect for early morning showers when you're in a rush. The tank capacity is quite impressive for small family or best suitable for a couple. The build quality is also good. The installation was very easy & after-all orient is the best in electric market so not to worry about the quality for it. Pros: - Heats water quickly - Compact and sleek design - Shockproof and safe for families Cons: - No temperature control knob - The power cord is a bit short Overall verdict - It's a good value for money if you're looking for a compact, fast-heating water heater for daily use.

Terrible Product & Even Worse Customer Service – A Complete Disaster I purchased an Orient geyser on 24th May from Amazon, and it has been nothing short of a disaster. Right after installation, the unit started leaking through the pipes—a clear manufacturing or quality issue. Since then, I’ve been chasing Orient’s customer service for over a month with zero resolution. They keep promising that a technician will visit “within 24 hours,” but not a single person has turned up to even inspect the problem. I’ve made countless calls to their customer service, and each time they’ve handed me a different technician’s contact number. Every time I called these so-called technicians, they denied working with Orient—an absolutely unbelievable level of disorganization. I even escalated the issue to their manager three times, who only gave empty promises of call-backs and urgent resolutions, none of which were ever fulfilled. Their managerial team is as ineffective as their front-line support. When I asked for an exchange or refund, I was told that neither is possible due to company policy. To make matters worse, the Amazon return window has now passed, so I’m completely stuck with a faulty product and no support. Through this entire ordeal, I’ve lost money, wasted hours of my time, and drained my energy and patience trying to get this resolved. The mental and emotional frustration this company has caused is beyond words. Orient not only sells defective products but backs them with one of the worst customer support systems I’ve ever encountered. There’s absolutely no accountability or resolution, and they just keep giving you the runaround. Avoid this brand at all costs. It’s not worth the hassle, and you’ll regret trusting them—just like I do.

I have been using the Orient Electric Aura 5.9-litre instant geyser for the past 6 months. Recently, I noticed a current leakage issue, which was concerning. I raised a support ticket with Orient Electric, and I must say the service experience was good and hassle-free. The issue was inspected and repaired under warranty without any complications, which I really appreciate. In terms of performance, the geyser works well and heats water quickly as expected from an instant water heater. The overall quality and functionality are satisfactory. One area where I feel there is scope for improvement is the build quality — it feels average and could definitely be better for a product in this segment. Apart from this, I don’t have any major complaints. Good product overall, backed by responsive customer support.

very nice product only 4mts 5.9ltr full heating i am happy for purchasing this product but first time small mistake in the installation water conection is solar pipe line is combaind in the bhilding I think where going this hat water not find tha problem finally find mistake i will arenge additional water line temprawary

Very Poor After-Sales Service – Not Recommended I recently purchased this geyser, and from the first day itself it has not been working properly. The ELCB trips immediately when the geyser is plugged in. I registered a complaint with customer service, but even after one week there has been no proper solution or response. This is a brand-new product, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality and the after-sales service. A basic issue like this should have been resolved quickly. I would not recommend buying this product. Please think twice before purchasing.

The product itself is good, but the service experience was extremely disappointing. After Amazon delivered it, I followed up repeatedly for 10 days to get the installation done, yet nothing moved forward. In the end, I had to hire a technician from Urban Company and pay Rs. 800 plus the cost of additional materials. This was frustrating, especially since I chose this brand because of its long-standing reputation for quality fans. That said, the product performs well—heats up quickly, and the larger capacity ensures I don’t have to wait between uses for hot water.
