The product quality is good. However, the scanner only reads in a straight line, so it requires someone to manually press the Enter key on the connected laptop or phone to log entries in the Excel sheet. This makes the task difficult.

Trouver un lecteur QR est facile mais un lecteur QR universel est plus compliqué. Il y a toujours un format non compatible ou sinon on arrive dans une gamme hors de prix. Netum est plutôt performant pour lire les ean / QR et si il bloque, un mail au service technique et ils vous répondent rapidement en français avec le mode d'emploi pour le mettre à jour ( juste scanner une série de codes ean. Pour le moment je ne bloque sur aucun QR/ean. Il fait le job de douchettes vendues à plus de 700€... Par ailleurs, facile à mettre en place ( plug&play!), ergonomique et le lecteur semble assez solide, très rapide et peut être relié à un pc, tablette ou téléphone. En gros du haut de gamme à très bon prix!

Easy to use, a very good scanner.

The instruction manual is in Japanese. There is no other manuals translated in English so I am not able to understand how to set the barcode scanner up for use. The scanner is not detectable in my laptop or iPad through Bluetooth. Please send the instruction manual in English within two days else I would need to send the scanner back and request for a refund.
