Tips for Other Buyers I'd recommend rinsing the filter thoroughly before first use - I run it under cold water for about 30 seconds. Also, make sure you press the reset button when changing filters, or the indicator won't accurately track filter life. If you have particularly hard water, you might want to consider their specific Limescale Expert version instead.

Excellent product that vastly improves water and therefore makes a great cup of tea or coffee. One filter cartridge lasts 4 to 6 weeks. Been using these for years. Shame they're so pricey. Look around for a good deal. Recommend.
