Perfect to add heat.
I like to make a lot of food from scratch, my other half does not like spice (wimp) so I bought these to add to my food just before serving. They do the job of adding heat and improving the meal. 100g is a lot and will last me a while it fills a 500ml Kilner jar to about 2/3 full.

Ottima piccantezza, ne metto una busta in un litro di olio di semi di mais e lo lascio in infusione per circa 1 mese, poi lo decanto e se occorre lo filtro e lo uso in minima quantità su vari piatti. Uso l'olio di semi perché quello di oliva si irrancidisce velocemente. Ottimo prodotto

Das Chili ist super. wenn man es in Suppen, Nudelgerichten oder Auflaufen zu Anfang des Kochprozesses gibt wird das essen schön scharf und würzig. Hierbei Vorsicht bei der Dosierung da durch das Erhitzen die Schärfe ziemlich zu nimmt. man kann es auch zum Nachwürzen beim Essen verwenden, da ist es allerdings nicht ganz so scharf. Ich bin super zufrieden.
