My carbon filter life was at 2% Replacing the filter brought my PPM down from 25 to 13! Good purchase.

Be aware: This product becomes a huge waste and toxic pollution for the environment after its short lifespan. Waterdropfilters doesn’t take it back for recycling, which is very unfortunate. Even cheaper household sponges producers offer recycling programs. I learned about this problem after I bought a filtering system.

RIDICULOUS. Purchased a $700 water dispenser, yet only to realize once the filter is used up I will be forced to replace the whole machine because they are not selling the filter replacement. It's been almost half a year since the filter expired and need replacement. Still nothing. *Update: Finally get in touch with someone who really tried to understand the situation instead of replying "Just buy it here" with an out-of-stock link. I have updated from 1 to 3-star for that specific customer support member. Not 5 because it still takes months just to get a replacement filter.

Only works if your filter is not expired. Wish we known that before wasting $700

I have to replace this filter every 3-4 months. It's alot of money.
