Received my order earlier this morning w/overnight shipping 🤗 The mop bucket is decent in size; not too small or too large, which is perfect for storage. Assembly process is simple, quick and easy. The mop comes with a total of 5 metal detachable poles, which was very easy to put together/assemble. You are able to remove a pole, if you need the mop stand to be a little shorter, otherwise, it’s a perfect height with all 5 polls assembled. So far, it is comfortable and easy to use with ease to push/mop floors, walls and higher surfaces with no problems. Package comes with a total of three (3) microfiber mop pads. Packaging claims that the microfiber pads are machine washable, which are great, in terms of saving some money. It advises to change microfiber pads every 1 to 2 months of use. The overall colors of the mop and bucket are neutral tones; light gray and a darker shade of gray, making it aesthetically pleasing, in my personal opinion (& if colors matter to you 😆). The mop bucket is light weight and has two separate chambers; one for wet/wash and the other to dry mop — also great, since it separates clean water from dirty water. The mop itself is also light weight and easy to handle. I like that I am able to not only mop my floors, but also use this mop to clean my walls, high surfaces, hard to reach places and big mirrors, too 🤗 (Obviously, I’d use a new/clean microfiber mop pad for walls/mirrors, instead of the one I used to mop floors with) Overall, this is a great mop. Simple and easy to assemble and use. I actually returned a newly purchased O-Cedar spin mop & bucket for this Joy Moop mop & bucket instead 😉 Hope this helps with your decision making process 😊

This thing is amazing! Don`t know if this is just a guy thing, or if everyone has an issue with getting their hands wet all the time, for rinsing, wringing out the mop every minute when washing the floors, but that was a big inconvenience for me to the point that I wasn't washing the floors as often as I should have. These guys invented the perfect mop. its so convenient, you fill the bucket once, and you can mop your entire house without touching the wet, dirty head to rinse and wring, its an absolute game changer. Best invention ever, quality materials, comes with extra microfiber cloths. Highly recommend, can`t see myself washing floors any other way! Great price for the quality and convenience, would buy again!

I mostly like this mop. It gets into corners and under edges of appliances well. I like that there's a wet and a dry well in the bucket with scraper bars to squeegee water out of the mop pad without a lot of effort. But there is no way to keep dirty water separate from clean water, so you're eventually mopping with dirty water unless you empty & refill the bucket as you move through rooms. The mop head swivels in nearly every direction, and the handle is long enough that I don't have to be bent in half to use it. I think it does a great job on walls, and a decent job on floors. The pads are dense & soft - REALLY soft - which means they're not especially good at scrubbing, which most floors need at least once in a while. Still, for regular non-scrubbing type cleaning, it works well. And the mop pads are easily cleaned in a washing machine.

The weight is good, especially after being rung out. Very easy to use, and the plastic doesn't stain with dirty water. The size is just enough to clean a 1300 sq ft home in one bucket. The durability of the bucket is pretty thick, and the handle could be a thicker metal, but it has withstood scrubbing on hardwood, and the weight I've put on it is more than I thought it could withstand, but I was able to get through it without breaking.

I don't know why it's advertised as being able to keep the dirty water separate because it DOES NOT DO THAT. when you go to slide it in to wring the mop head the dirty water still escapes into the "clean" water side..I've had this mop alittle over a year and now I need to replace all 4 of the mop pad. The little tabs have since ripped off, and have proven the mop useless. (I've maybe washed the pads 2 times- I have a wet vac I usually use, bt wanted this for quick small messes) Also the velcro strip on the mop has started to rip off...I really wanted to like it, since I did alot of comparing to others and liked the idea of having washable pads, but this mop is junk.

Muy práctico. Dudé para comprarlo por las dimensiones, pero ya usándolo es muy práctico y funcional. Excelente si tienes pisos de cerámica o laminados. Y fabuloso con los pelos de mascotas.

I love this mop! I bought this to wash my walls and it did not disappoint. For those who have trouble, especially inserting the mop in the bucket; one, the mop only goes in one way, two, the mop is a tight fit but it should be because it’s squeezing the water out and three, you can squeeze the water out a second time right before you put the mop in the clean water. I highly recommend. It’s so easy to use.

I brought this mop so that I don't have to mop the old way and thought this would be a easy way to mop and it intact was easier to mop with this. It 360 degrees so you reach any spot to make sure uts rly clean. It's also nice how it drys the mop but the only thing that bothered me was that, when u dry the mop the dirty water also mixes with the clean water which is weird cuz there's a dry section and clean section and instead of diving them both the the dry section water goes to the clean section water. But other than that it's a pretty useful mop. 7.5/10
