Light was easy to install. There is a plastic shoe that can be fitted to the wall/fence using screws supplied. Then the light can be slotted into this shoe and held securely. There's another shoe for the solar panel which can be placed anywhere up to 5metres (16feet) away and you can connect to the lights (wires and connections are all supplied). Alternatively the solar panel can be slotted in at the top directly above the lights (without the need to drill and fix elsewhere). There are three light panels and the smaller left and right panels are adjustable by about 20-30 degrees, increasing the area that lights up. Gives off about 200 lumens of cold white light and we programmed our for security - i.e., light only comes only when the PIR sensor detects movement. And it stays on for about 20 seconds. (There are two other settings for light configurations.) The remote is useful if the light has been fixed higher up a wall and it not easily accessible. Just point and press. Only pity is that the price almost doubled from buying it and installing. I checked earlier and it has shot up in price!!

Very good for the price.Lights up all the area it was intended to.Extended the lead to the solar panel so it gets the sun all day .The remote control works perfectly. Installed about twelve foot from ground level the sensor works perfectly.

Really good light, very bright and the choice of modes is really good, considering getting rid of the mains powered ones now as these are cheaper, easier to install and cost nothing to run.

This light was initially great even though one of the side lights filled with water within a few days. Then after 3 months it started to randomly flash whilst dark until the battery ran out. Now the light refuses to work at all which makes it really poor value for money. Ultimately I am very disappointed.

These modes might include options like continuous illumination, motion-activated lighting, and possibly a combination of both. which can be adjusted to provide illumination in different directions.A very practical solar garden light. Light up a wide and bright place.

The light is very powerful however the motion sensor doesn’t appear to work for me which is not ideal as it stays on constantly wasting battery and providing too much light

Worked ok for a couple of weeks. Brown water marks setting in on lights. Lucky if it works for a couple of hours when it goes dark now. Have a different one on drive which I've had for over 2 years and still going strong. This one's not lasted a month! Probably good in summer but don't bother for winter.
