Improved sleep
Great capsules which are easy to swallow. Sine I'v been using them I no longer have leg cramps and seem to sleep better. Good price for a good quality.

Excellent supplements
I love the supplements from this brand, the collagen is wonderful, it makes my nails and hair grow incredibly, the magnesium helps me rest all night long, the vitamin c doesn't give me heartburn. I recommend them 100%, they are quality and the customer service is very good.

I started taking this magnesium complex a few weeks ago and have already noticed better sleep and less muscle tension. It’s gentle on the stomach and easy to swallow. Opened a second bottle to a powdery mess
My last two bottles had loose powder inside. When I first started ordering these, the bottle was always clean. All the pills are powdery and that just doesn’t seem fresh to me.
