Ordered the 8ltr phoenix gravity filter with added fluoride filters. All set up and was pretty easy to do. I run the water through couple times to be sure. I put 5 litres in the top and seems that’s about right keep things flowing, adding back what you take out. So far the water tastes much better! The design seems smart and robust. There’s not much information on cleaning inside of the unit on website, but reading up soft cloth and white vinegar seems okay (I live in area with lots of limescale). I purchased a very sturdy metal Scandinavian style plant stand (adjustable) with round metal base from here, I find this fits in better with in my kitchen. Time will tell on how it holds up, so far I’m pleased with the purchase. Thank you phoenix gravity filters! 😊🫶🏻 I Will update in a year on how things are going.

We noticed a leak after about 7 months but I thought it could have been caused by over filling. However it is not so we now have to just fill it with 3 litres at a time which is a nuisance as we drink alot of water.

I’m really happy that I made this choice after looking into purifying and distilling my water, I looked into electric ones and natural steam ones and found that both would cost a lot of time and energy waist by needing to purifying the water up to 4hrs at a time. I learned that the materials used in both options was of poor quality! The next best thing to getting at least 95% cleaner drinking water with , little to no effort or time at all. The fact that you only need change the filters at least once a year is an added bonus to yet cost effective also I already feel the benefits after one month of having cleaner water, to my amazement I have managed to drop 100mg in pain medication, purely due to this life style change as I haven’t made any other changes I believe cleaner water has helped my poor health elements

As I was building it, I realised that one fluoride filter was missing. Both need to be attached otherwise it is useless coz one carbon filter will drip without being attached to the fluoride filter. I contacted customer service and they gave me, in my balance credit, a voucher to re-purchase the 2 fluoride filters separately! 👍

easy to use, great great service (we had a small problem that was sorted straight away) water tastes great and I'm not drinking the tap poison. Boom ;-) xx

The installation instructions are not very clear, some are very confusing! This needs updating. Also the rubber washers are pre installed on the cartridges and not missing from the box as I first thought. The lid however was missing its knob and screw!! I hope the seller sees my review and sends me the missing knob and screw, I can’t find how to ask the seller directly. Can anyone help please? Other than that it worked as expected. I am ordering another unit for a friend. I would recommend The water tastes great most importantly. I would recommend. I would have given 5 stars was is not for the missing parts!

La qualidad del agua es muy buena. Me arrepiento de no haber comprado el de 8 litros teniendo en cuenta que los filtros de flúor cogen mucho espacio en el depósito de agua filtrada. Necesito llenarlo varias veces al dia y vivo sola.

Bin sehr zufrieden, entspricht meinen Erwartungen. Die Videos mit den Anleitungen sind gut gemacht und sehr hilfreich.
