Great for what I need them for.
Like how they fit kn my ears snug and that I could adjust them with the added rubber caps on each. Work well for common non-ear doctor hearing aids. I am too young for my insurance today for hearing aids and when I saw these I got them. They help me watch TV at z much lower sound so my TV no longer has to be turned up so high upsetting my family. Glad that I chose these to help me with my hearing.

These hearing aids do not have a mode control option, contrary to the information given.
This description, found on the Amazon product page, is inaccurate: "Hearing aids for senior are suitable for mild to moderate hearing loss. There are four modes: Mode 1, full-band amplification; Mode 2, mid-high frequency amplification; Mode 3, mid-frequency amplification; Mode 4, mid-low frequency amplification. Users can choose modes according to their conditions." The description for these hearing aids contains the following instruction: "③Click to change the volume, double-click to change the mode." This statement is inaccurate. Double clicking does not change the mode. It only increased the volume, just as a single click does. This occurred with both the right and left hearing aids, so I don't think both would be defective. Also, the two-page User Manual that came with the product has no instructions regarding changing the mode, which suggests that there is not a mode changing option with these hearing aids, a feature that I was interested in and the reason I purchased these aids. I will wait for a few days for a reply from the manufacturer regarding this issue. If there is no reply, I will return the hearing aids to Amazon, as the item is not as described.

Ok Amplifier. No selectable modes.
These are just amplifiers, so they amplify everything. No mode for focusing on certain types of sound, like voice vs music vs nature or something like that.

Maggie was great!
She messaged me the information right away on how to properly charge, wear, turn on/off and set the volume on the hearing aids. This was quality customer service. Once I received them and was able to try them I was relieved I didn't waste my money. They work great! I am so glad I can finally hear better.

Poor quality
Don't work. Sound is ok for a while then starts feedback squealing. Unusable

They worked but...
It was clarity for me. I got these because it felt like I was under water & could not hear. With these it made it better but people seemed to be talking faster than normal because I would miss words. It was frustrating-the whole situation. Im so glad my hearing cleared up with flonase and the tool used to blow air into your eustacian tools.
