Quality Components with a Cheap Price-point!
I really am enjoying this new system. It was very carefully packaged into a large box, so much so that it took 5-10 minutes just unboxing it, and I don't see a high chance that anyone would receive a broken computer based on the quality of the packaging. I only got it yesterday, so hopefully I will be able to add to this review in the future, but as of now, I have played Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War, and Minecraft Java (1.8.9 and 1.20.1). I got improved FPS from my previous system that had 16 GB DDR4 RAM, an AMD R9 4900HS, and an RTX 2060 Max-Q. On 1.8.9 Minecraft (with Optifine and other mods running) I was getting between 1800-2600 FPS with high-quality graphics enabled, on 1.20.1 I was able to get 200-300 FPS easily (I capped it for my monitor) with 16 chucks enabled. On Cold War with high graphics and ray tracing disabled, I was getting between 144 FPS (v-sync enabled, it can probably do more), and with Ray-Tracing enabled, I was getting easily 60 fps or more. On Fortnite, with Epic settings I get between 130-160 FPS average). Basically, I am satisfied with the purchase at the price point, and I'm enjoying my experience. In conjunction with this, I'm extremely impressed that the GPU never seems to surpass 60 degrees C, even under a high load (the highest I've seen yet was 55 degrees C). What's even more surprising is the fact that the fans barely make any noise at all. My own estimation (which might not be accurate since I'm merely testing it by ear) is that it's probably running the fans at less than 35 DB which is a huge improvement from my last system. Do keep in mind that this system is huge, though, which I personally like. But if you have a small space, expect to need a bigger desk to keep it on. Oh, and another thing! PLEASE INSTALL GEFORCE EXPERIENCE AND INSTALL GAME-READY DRIVERS!!! It will boost your FPS by tons and takes like 5 minutes to install. I was getting really bad FPS, then I installed Game Ready Drivers and it instantly fixed my problems. This tells me that the graphics drivers are probably very badly out of date, but this is EASILY fixed. Packaging/Shipping: 10/10 Gaming: 10/10 Noise/Thermals: 10/10 Graphics Drivers: 3/10 before installing Game Ready Drivers, and 10/10 after installing them. Size: Freaking Huge (around 16 1/2 in. L x 8 in. W x 19 1/2 in. H) (16 1/2 x 8 x 19 1/2) (LxWxH)

Worth the price tag
Little under 2 years of ownership and I can tell you it does everything I want it to. For price, specs and ease of setup, this was money well spent. Pre-built systems seems to be the best route now-a-days for quality and bang for your buck. I have a different mechanical keyboard than what came with the PC and I have a razer gaming mouse that I use I have the i5 14th gen, 4080 GPU build. I run Helldivers II on the highest settings and have no FPS drops and it looks great. Cons: My front LED lights on my fans went out yesterday. Im disappointed only because they are flashing and distracting me from my games.

A fast, reliable desktop for digital artists who game on the side
I upgraded from an ancient machine with an i7-2600 to this prebuilt MSI desktop. It has exceeded my expectations and then some. Rendering a 2D animation project at 1080p in After Effects (that took 55 minutes to render on my old machine) only takes about 8 minutes now. I saw similar performance improvements rendering 3D projects with Chaos Corona 11 in 3dsMax at 1440p. Games such as Baldur's Gate 3 and Street Fighter 6 can be maxed out at 1080p 60FPS without any performance issues. I also haven't had any blue screens of death while doing anything intensive. Installing a new 3.5 HDD for extra storage was simple. There is a hard drive cage at the bottom of the case, which can be accessed by removing the side panel (opposite of the glass panel). The PSU's SATA power connectors will be near the cage. The desktop came packaged with an extra SATA cable, which was very convenient. Out of the box, there were only two minor issues. As another reviewer pointed out, the DDR5 RAM was underclocked in the BIOS. After updating the BIOS, I used the MSI Try It feature to bring it up to 4800 MHz (the fastest speed supported by the Intel i5 processor in the build I purchased). At one point, the Realtek ethernet adapter stopped being detected by the computer after waking up from sleep mode. Updating the drivers and disabling the power-saving function in the Device Manager have fixed this issue.

Reinstall Windows IMMEDIATELY
This unit works fantastically, and is a bargain given its stats. The only reason it gets four stars instead of five is that MSI's preinstalled mirror (I assume?) of Windows 11 was buggy, and caused the unit to crash. Just follow this simple checklist, and you will be fine: 1. Remove the packing material and check all cables and cards for proper seating and connection. My RAM was half-in, half-out. This and loose cables are very common for prebuilds. Just check it all before turning it on. 2. Reinstall Windows before you do ANYTHING else. Go download the installer to a USB drive and hit F11 when you're booting. 3. Enjoy (profit?).

Unimpressed
I've had this tower for just over 24hrs now and I've had so many problems it's genuinely not funny. It's had to "restart because it ran into a problem" THREE times. This pc is the top of my budget currently, and I'm not happy to be having so many issues with a $1,000 product. In addition to the random problems, it froze completely while downloading W.o.W and wouldn't even open task manager. I had to do something I hate doing, a forced restart. And I had to do it TWICE before it would function. I chose MSI because I'm replacing my MSI gaming laptop and felt the brand was good. I won't be buying MSI again. All of that said, it was well packaged and runs extremely quietly, so much so, if not for the lights, I wouldn't know it's on. That's a plus when you work from home and have tinnitus.

Excellent So Far!
While I am definitely a bit frustrated that Amazon dropped the price of this by $200 literally a week after I purchased it haha I still feel like I get to say that I was super shocked to find a machine with this equipment in this price range. And it works great! On my previous desktop I was barely able to play Baldur's Gate 3 on the lowest settings. On this new machine - I'm not only playing Baldur's Gate on its ultra high settings - but I'm running it with mods in local co-op - something that never would have been possible on the previous machine. Make sure you install the antennae for the wifi on the machine. The computer will barely be able to detect available internet connections at all if you don't screw those on. I'm very satisfied with this purchase! Just wish I'd waited a week given that this item is now on sale haha <3

It has got the horsepower to do anything I need and do it quickly but I'm Not a gamer.
I mostly use this to do stock charting, surf the web and store a mountain of digital music and pictures. So I am on the opposite end of a power user that tests it every day but I am a daily user and it has performed perfectly without issue. I find Windows 11 annoying to the extent I consider an alternative almost daily. Not this computers fault. I mainly choose a gaming computer for the Graphics card and multiple monitor support over HDMI 4x on this one. All good here. I did not rate support as I have needed none as of this writing. Been using it a few months now.

Well built, Fast, Quiet, Quick Delivery
I bought this gaming system not for games, but because I do a lot of photo editing in Lightroom and Photoshop. It has met my expectations and then some. I will probably never fill up the 2TB M.2 NVMe drive as I have lots of hard drives for storage. Pleasantly surprised that there are two internal 3.5" bays, though if they had been mentioned in the listing I would only have bought one external dual drive caddy (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DBH84N7K?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title). Then again hardly anyone details the number of bays inside the case. Very happy that the 32Gig of ram was provided as one stick, leaving one slot free for further upgrades. Wish there were more USB-3 type A ports. Fans not totally silent but not really noticeable. Did not have the Optical SPDIF output, which is shown in the listing. Not a great problem. Very little room left for any other cards, due to the size of the NVIDEA card.
