Great light set
Great light set. Took about half an hour to install under three consecutive kitchen cabinets. Used the on/off switch vs the dimmer simply because I don’t think I’ll need it but like that the option to switch them out would be a snap. Perfect for what I needed, which was to brighten up on the counter since my kitchen has high ceiling lights. Would recommend and worth the price.

These lights are FANTASTIC and SUPER THIN!!
These lights are AMAZING! We honestly couldn't believe how thin and bright they are! They are the perfect, affordable answer to areas where you need more light but are on a budget. Additionally, they give you everything you need to mount them - with NO DRILLING! They give you the cable clips, extensions to separate the lights further apart if you want and double sided sticky tape to adhere them under the cabinets. The lights are so thin that you cannot see them under the cabinet after they're mounted. Additionally the on/off switch is also a dimmer, so you can set it as low or as bright as you want. And when I say bright - it is very bright! We can actually see beautifully in the kitchen without the overhead light on. We have been using them on the brightest setting for over a month now and honestly could not be happier. Oh - and they don't get hot! Even after being on the brightest setting, you can touch the light directly and there's barely any heat at all emitting from it. I can't recommend these lights enough. Just buy them, you will be pleased.

bright and durable
excellent product. Bright, easy to install, and durable. Mine lasted for 7 years. Recently started flickering - luckily, they have replacement light bars which I just ordered.

Well Worth The Money
I was looking to add under the cabinet lighting at an affordable cost and these lights did the trick. I needed five lights so I actually purchased two of the 3 pack sets. I could have purchased the 6 light set plus the additional power source but it was cheaper to buy the 3 pack sets. Installation was straight forward and easy. I used the outlet over my stove to power that set of lights. I highly recommend buying at least two additional DC power adapter extensions. I luckily had one on hand from installing LED lights around my teenage daughter's room (Liwinting 2pcs 3M/9.84 feet DC extension cable). You don't want to get into the job and not have enough cable even though they do provide a good amount of extension cable with your purchase. If you don't need it, send it back (beauty of Prime). I then uninstalled the old school light over my sink and converted those wires into an outlet in the cabinet above. A little know how and a metal outlet box its an easy fix. This obviously is probably not needed for most installs. I drilled small holes to run the wires through the cabinets. There are several options for hanging the lights, I went with the provided adhesive stickers and they have held up fine. There are also clips provided to help with wire management and they worked great as well. I used some additional clips that I had on hand from the installation I mentioned earlier (Strip Light Mounting Clips KINDPMA Self Adhesive LED Light Fasteners). You get an on/off switch and a dimmer. I chose to use the dimmer because it was the best of both worlds in my opinion...it has on/off/& dimmer Overall completely satisfied with my install. All wires are hidden out of site and the lights work great.

Simple to install and easy to operate
From online photos, these might look like they are cylindrical or half-round tubes, but they are very slim. After install, including the retaining clips, the lowest point of the light-bar is no more than 1 cm from the mounting surface (under-side of a kitchen-cabinet, in my case). The structural part of the light bar is extruded aluminum, while the cover is plastic, so they are lightweight. The light-bar mounting clips are simple and unobtrusive. The system of discrete modules makes assembly simple. Things go together in just one way (since the connectors are directional M-F) - with one exception: it seems logical that the dimmer/power-control should precede the first light-element (it may be that the dimmer could go anywhere inline - though some configurations seem nonsensical). Since these are modular, and can purchase individual components, you can split or combine kits, and can add a hands-free power-switch. I didn't get the hands-free power-on, but might add that later. [One kit came with an alternate power cable for direct-wire connection, rather than the standard appliance end, so it seems the intent is that direct-wire should be an option (suggest working with an electrician for this option)] The power/dimmer-control clicks (tactile/slightly-audible) when transitioning on-off. The dial must be turned somewhat (30 - 45 degrees) before the lowest light level is observed. At the low-end, the control is not very fine. With care, the illumination can be decreased to near zero, but more likely, it will seem that the transition is sudden. Still, the dimmest practically usable level will be dimmer than needed, so this is not a big deal. For kitchen under-cabinet lighting, I got the 5000K version, which produces bright/cool light, slightly on the blue side of the spectrum. My eyes prefer 3000K, and I would get 3000K almost anywhere else. A few other lights in the area are 2700K-3000K, and when both 3000K and 5000K are used in proximity, the contrast in color tone is marked. Some suggest consistency is important. The cable securements are relatively simple. If you want better/cleaner securement than double-sided tape, you are on your own, but this is the way of things. The hardest part of the install is doing the layout and figuring out how you are going to route and secure the cables. No instructions were provided, but none were necessary.

Haven’t disliked anything so far. It stays on. It’s a soft white light. Also, love the dimmer switch. UPDATE!! Loved these lights, however, have only had them for under five months & they stopped working on Sept 11/23. I will not buy again. They worked great, until they didn’t.
