Good stuff

This screen has replaced my wobbly manual pull up screen which really wasn't cutting it any more for me. I looked at many screens and chose this 100 inch, plane white version. Packaging Very well packaged with each part seperatly protected and wrapped in foam. The screen material was in its own box and protected wrapped too. It even came with 2 pair of white gloves, two spring streachers a protective cloth for the floor and many spare screws springs and other bits. Design and Assembly The screen was well designed and after looking at both the book and videos went together as advertised. It took two of us to manhandled the large frame on to the screen material and thread the rods in (the long lengths are one short rodand a long rod), make sure the springs are the right way around to get the spring streacher though the loop. I advise getting springs attached at the 4 corners and in the centers to help with tension. The video and instructions like all of these things can leave this type of info out. Make sure you loop the spring around the fibre rods and not only the screen material. It might rip. After the springs are fine the outer frame was a case of wiggling to get bedded correctly. It's a long process overall. Use I ran a few Blue Rays from my 4K projector and was pleased as punch with the purchase. 4 star because it was a long assambly process for me and I found the instructions a bit missing in places.

Reasonably pleased with the screen, apart from some wrinkles in a couple of the corners. Once the projector is on, they can’t really be seen, but when off, they do catch the eye. It may be down to my inadequate skills in putting it all together, of course. I did not find it easy to construct. *Edit* Added a star for the fantastic customer support given by AWOL. Exceeded expectations.

Excellent produit qui amplifie bien les blancs et rend profonds les noirs. Bien suivre la doc (en anglais mais pas difficile) pour le montage, repris à 2 fois à cause de plis. La 2e fois était la bonne, il faut vraiment centrer la toile sur le cadre alu et mettre les baguettes en fibre de verre centrées pour ne pas qu'elles se chevauchent dans les angles. Suivre aussi l'ordonnancement des ressorts pour avoir une tension homogène sur toute la toile. La fixation au mur est un jeu d'enfant car 4 vis pour 7 kilos, ça ne va pas s'envoler. Cela permet aussi un réglage latéral si vous mettez les 2 fixations au quart du bord (environ 66 cm). Rapport qualité prix excellent à la vue de la concurrence.

I really wanted a more expensive screen for my projector. But I opted for this one. I have two young cats that are obsessed with screens and I didn't want to risk them destroying an expensive screen so I opted for this one. Happy I did. They already jumped the screen twice, luckily no damage, guess tiger videos are a no go in the near future until they are a little older. But regarding the screen. This is good value for money, the quality of the frame is very good, however it requires a little bit of thinkering with the corner parts to get everything to align just right. The screen itself is acceptable for what I use it for, during the day it is not the best but good enough for my usage, at night time at maximum brightness I do notice some laser speckle at maximum brightness on large white surfaces but this is not noticable when lowering brightness.

Estoy encantado de como ha quedado la pantalla, sin ninguna arruga y es perfecta, muy buena luminosidad. Como único pero, el montaje no es del todo sencillo para alguien que no esté muy acostumbrado y tenga artes de bricolaje. Se echan un par de horas o tres en montarla bien. Por lo demás genial.
