This was a surprise: it came all compressed in a tight roll! But once we released it from that tight package: WOW what a transformation into a delightful wedge for my husband. He slept on it last night very comfortably and quietly. (He'd been coughing and choking before this addition.) Nice quality, comfortable to lie on, soothes my worries...)

Very comfortable pillow for post sinuplasty. Firm but comfortable and will most likely continue use after completely healed. Fits well on a twin mattress with a bit of extra room. After opening it does have a smell, most likely from the foam inside “off gassing”, but does go away if aired out for 24-48 hours. The pockets are also very convenient. When horizontal the right side pockets face upward for phones and other devices, when vertical the left pockets face upwards. The pockets are not deep or too big, but the largest pocket can accommodate large phones, and the smaller pocket is good for small remotes like the firestick remote and other remotes of a similar width.

I got this Wedge Pillow and it has worked amazingly well for elevating my upper body. The 10-inch height gives the perfect incline — not too steep and not too low — and it stays in place against the headboard. It’s comfortable and provides great support for breathing and reflux relief. What I liked: Perfect height for acid reflux Supportive but still soft enough to rest on Helps reduce nighttime reflux Stays in place and looks clean on the bed and ease of use What didn’t work as well: If you try to sleep on your side, the angle isn’t the best When sleeping on your back, your head can slide slightly to the side, making your neck tilt Overall, it’s amazing for reflux and breathing support, but not the most comfortable if you switch positions or sleep on your side.

I originally bought this pillow to help with alleviating my GERD symptoms a little less than a month ago (though to be honest, I'm not sure how much of a role it's played in helping that. I will say I do find that I don't wake up feeling like my esophagus is on fire quite as often now), and so far it's been a very nice pillow to sleep on in general. There was a bit of an adjustment period, though, as I got used to sleeping on it (you may sometimes slide down a little if you tend to move a lot while sleeping, and it may be a little too firm if you tend to prefer softer pillows). Once you get used to it, however, it's comfortable to sleep both on your sides and back. The pillow expanded quickly after removing it from its packaging (but it's warm where I live, so your mileage may vary), and off gassing was minimal (there was a bit of a smell at first, but only lasted the first night for me). Cleaning the cover it comes with is easy, there's a zipper on the back and all you have to do is slip it off the wedge, the opening is big enough to pretty easily slip the cover on and off. After the first wash, the cover may shrink a little (mine did), but it was very minimal and it still slides on and off easily (follow the care instructions to minimize this; cold wash on a gentle cycle, tumble dry on low heat). The cover also comes with little side pockets, one for use when the pillow is horizontal, and the other for when the pillow is being used vertically. I am 6'2" and purchased the 24*24*8 wedge, and positioning myself with my head resting at the top of the wedge has the thinnest part of it stop around mid-back. The thinner part of the wedge is also the softest, so it's not uncomfortable to have it stop there (I don't notice the transition from wedge to mattress at all). Overall, I'm satisfied with this pillow. The price isn't too high compared to some of the others I've seen on here and if you like pillows on the firmer side and prefer to sleep with your upper body slightly elevated, this is a pretty good option.

I need this wedge pillow for my knee after knee replacement surgery. It is good quality. It is bigger than I expected, but it will help my knee. It had a slight smell upon opening, but it went away by the next day. It can also be used for a back pillow.

Pillow is comfortable and cover is soft. Unfortunately there is a tear in the seam and imperfections in the material.
