I have tried lots of different magnesium products. Usually the 10 in 1 products. I decided this time around I was going to find a magnesium glycinate. I found this product. It has 350mg of elemental magnesium in, it's non buffered, and chelated for easy absorption. It also has no fillers. It has helped me with my sleep and had help me to relax. I am definitely getting this again.

The Quality & Effectiveness are very good. I needed more than one kind of Magnesium. I've made some changes & don't plan on getting anymore.

After doing research to find a magnesum supplement that is high quality and has effective absorption, the instruction I found is to look for Chelated Magnesum Glycinate (Magnesum Bis-glycinate) that indicates the elemental amount of Magneseum. I started checking out several brands including some recommended by experts. I noticed that many of the ones that met the above criteria, also had the statement "Bufferred". I researched what Bufferred meant. What it means is the pure Magneseum Glycinate is cut with Magneseum Oxide. After buying several bottles of this brand, I have no issues with the quality or packaging. As with any supplement, I can't say that I can physically feel anything since taking the supplement. WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THESE If you hate the smell of broccoli, you probably won't like opening, smelling, or taking these capsules. However, if like me, you absolutely love the smell of broccoli, you will love these. The smell is absolutely wonderful, IMO. I open the bottle, just to take a whiff sometimes. I love that these list elemental magnesium and that they're chelated and non-buffered. I love that they use actual food-based micronutrients in these capsules, too. No fillers, or flow agents, is also why I get these ones. They're relatively easy to swallow, despite my complaint, below. WHAT I DON'T LOVE I don't love how large these capsules are and that I have to take 3/day. Oh, and there are only 50 days' worth. They need to make it at least 2 month's worth, and keep the price the same.
