The jetfit head and techniblade line are amazing, for brambles the red 7 mm is recommended. But for grass I reccomend the green 5 mm techniblade line pieces. If the head jambs up and you cant get the old piece of line out the head, then I've found a trick, and that is to carry a large long nose pliers in your pocket for pulling it out. Also to stop it jambing up just pull against the ratchet system by grabbing the opposite end of the line (the side you push the line in through) with your pliers, remembering to leave 10mm or the thickness of your little finger out the opening where you remove spent line so you can get a purchase on it later with the pliers also Leaving 10 mm. This pulling will cause the pawls to bite the line and will eliminate the jambing up and stop the line disappearing inside the exit opening on the opposite side where your meant to remove spent pieces of line during mowing or clearing as if you don't do this the line will shift inside these pawls causing it to jamb up and there you'll need to pull the head apart as a consequence. I reccomend a 2.3 hp or greater for the 7 mm techniblade and 4 line jet fit head. And that you keep the sponge wet inside the tubular pack the lines arrive in and closing the lid this makes them last longer. If you have machine of 41.5cc or greater say stihl vs 240/ fs 250 or shindaiwa b450 then four 5mm green techniblade lines will be fine for grass as they won't slow the machine down so easily and won' simply fold the grass unlike 7mm techniblade does. 7mm is for brambles. This line is good because it last for ages and shreds grass clippings and bramble and will even cut small hawthorn branches.
