This case is awesome, I like the purple on the steam deck (black is good too). It fits great, the fact that you can set it stand up is more awesome than it should be, the case is durable, and feels nice, and is priced at a real value. Note, if you get the black version, make sure to spend the extra $5-6 and get the cover combo, I got one thinking I wouldn't use it but the cover is so awesome, easy to put on (much quicker and smaller than the case). Note: I liked the cover so much I dropped another $12 for the green version directly through "Savage Raven" (Formerly Skull & Co, yes the new name is goofy.)

I love the Deck but I find its surface a bit rough and it causes my hands to get sweaty after long play sessions. This fixes that and adds a really nice texture to it. It also of course protects it from scratches and some drops. Its effect on overall ergonomics isn’t massive, but the Steam Deck already excels at that anyway and this allows it to fit in the official case (it’s a tight fit but you can definitely make it work). It’s very easy to put on and take off, can be done with little effort but it still feels secure. You can’t use it with the official but that’s where another bonus feature comes in: you can stand it up. No kickstand or anything, just put it down straight and it’ll stay upright. This is obviously just useful in general but it gets around the dock issue because you can just stand the Deck up in front of the dock and then plug it in. Awesome product!

Perfect grip for the steam deck at a great price. I like that it can stand on its own as well when in the case. It’s also very comfortable to use for long periods of time.

"Coyote Grey" is a slightly warm neutral color that is pleasant to the eye. The grip case makes the deck feel more solid in the hands. The ability to sit the deck upright is also a nice bonus and helps to relieve hand fatigue. With the case on, the deck fits a bit too snugly in the OEM/standard steam deck case for my taste; however, i could stuff the deck in it if need be. Price is fair. Would recommend to others.

Took a gamble on adding a case to my Steamdeck, went with the Skull & Co GripCase. As much as I liked ergos of the deck as it is, I wanted something that could add just a touch more tactility. This case does just that! A little thickness and some texturing does wonders for me. The coyote color is super cool, but I think the galactic purple is gorgeous and the black could be a great blank canvas for someone more artistic than I. I was surprised to find that it fits the stock deck case, which is awesome for me because I didn’t want to order the Skull & Co EDC Carrying Case as I find the one provided with the deck to be quite serviceable. It’s a bit snug in said Valve case, yes. Had I not replaced the stock thumbsticks to Hall effect ones, I’d probably be concerned. Who knows, maybe I’ll end up with the EDC Carrying Case and it’s SD card slots and what looks like a pocket for cords and such. It also fits my dock of choice: the Sabrent 6-Port Docking Station. It’s more snug, and the deck sits more vertically à la a Nintendo Switch in a switch dock. Very steady in the dock, in my opinion. TLDR: aside from the snug fit in the stock Valve carrying case, which may worry some, it’s a great Steamdeck Grip and you should consider it. 4.5 / 5 Stars Overall a great buy if you’re looking for something like this and your needs are similar to mine. There has been a debate for a long time now of who has the best steamdeck case. It's been a toss up between jsaux, D brand, and skull and co. For me, skull and Co is the winner. I'm a very simple human being. I don't need alot of bells and whistles on things. It just needs to be able to fit in the case and be sleek. Skull and co has accomplished this. It's a very bare bones case that has a very grippy texture and best of all, it doesn't fall into the "we have 80 different things you can stick on it" pit. What you see is what you get. It's just a simple soft case thats a bit more flat at the bottom of the grips so you can stand it up and that's about it. There's no extra rubber framing around the triggers and shoulder buttons like the other grips so you don't have to worry about it interfering with button function. Skull and co literally addresses all of the issues the other grips have with this grip case and it's nice. Best of all it's easy to put on and it fits effortlessly into the stock oled Steamdeck case even when you have thumbstick caps attached as well. It's amazing. You can tell they understood the assignment. If you want bare bones, skull and co is the way to go.

This has been a great case to slip off and on around the house. I like that it slides on without effort but stays put when it’s on. Also really nice that the case allows it to stand upright. Tiny thing but it’s really been nice over the past 10-11 months I’ve owned this. Makes it easy to remove when I want to throw it back in the travel case for trips (too bulky), but the stick covers work find in the standard travel case.

Very comfortable to hold! I love that it stands up on its own so I don’t have to have a dock. Not too big or thick for my hands, which are average. I think decent protection too. Great price and color, I really like this company.

Anteriormente tenía la funda de Jsaux pero esa no me gustó como se sentía y prefería usar el Deck sin funda. Sabía que desde un principio debí haber comprado esta ya que en mi Switch tengo la funda de esta marca y es muy cómoda y con el Deck no fué diferente. Claro que le da un poco más de peso y volumen a la consola pero no la hace para nada más incómoda incluso después de usarla por un rato, lo mejor es lo fácil que es de poner y de quitar. Recomendada 100%. Actualizo mi reseña para darle otro punto a favor y es que entra el Deck con todo y la funda en el estuche incluido en el Oled, si se le pudiera poner 6 estrellas se las pondría.
