I borrowed this as I am very interested in theology but also the practicalities of different faiths and what is required of followers. I found this an interesting introduction to the practice of prayer in Islam. It is indeed step by step and would be very helpful for someone who had just converted .

A brilliant break down of the Prophets prayers from ablution to performing salah during illness. I would say the hadiths could have been formatted in a way that makes the text easier to follow.

Was just looking for a solid refresher and found it here! Basic text which is an easy 15 min read

For a book that is meant to be a guide for performing salah, i.e. Islamic prayer which involves the whole body, movement, etc, the absence of proper illustrations or photos is disappointing. It looks like a Word document printed as a booklet. It looks like a minimal effort, if any, went into making this booklet presentable... I would not recommend this book to anyone who is interested in learning more about the beauty of Islamic prayer and its deeper meaning.
