This is so adorable! However much smaller than I thought it would be I was disappointed in that, but I am keeping it wishful it would have been 12 inches long just like my other outdoor decorations.

Does Not Spin As Shown In Video
Very pretty, moves in the breeze, but NO mesmerizing spin. I have had it in different locations...hanging on screened in deck at the top and in the yard on shepherd's hooks...but NO mesmerizing spin. Very disappointed. Video must show someone spinning, then starting the video. Just beware if you want the "spin", because you won't get it.
