This works great! We bought a new house and my daughter's closet had no shelves. she does not want a dresser, and this was easy enough for my husband to install in the closet. It has drawers sold separately that fit great.

Great instructions, easily put together the center shelves/storage portion and very nice looking, but the metal rods... when it came to installing them, they were 27" (shortest length). My closet configuration has the shelves in the center and rods on either side - 24" wide. So the rods had to be cut down to size with a hack saw. I appreciate the thickness of the metal, but geez - for those without a workshop, vice and a hacksaw with a metal cutting blade... you're going to have a hard time. Even HAVING the tools, it was a huge pain!

This was a game changer for the closet my wife and I share. We live in an old house with very small closets with no storage and only 1 sad, saggy wooden rod to hang clothes on. This thing was super easy to install, gave us places to store our folded clothes as well as split our closet up for each of our hanging clothes. We will definitely be buying another for our daughter’s closet.

This product has a description as Amazon choice. Look at the pictures. This is the cheapest quality you can have on the market. Came damaged. Bad packing with no wrapping.

We assembled the shelving unit first, as per instructions, and were disappointed at how wobbly the shelf stood on its own. The adjustable feet were small for the height of the unit and seemed like they would not be supportive enough. I debated even finishing the install, but we needed to get the baby room all done (crunch time!). The sturdy but thin cardboard support corners on the back of the shelf unit were not super encouraging..... the drawers seemed to fit ok, but opened and closed very firmly- which didn’t work with the wobbly shelf. All of this said, we were proved pleasantly wrong and I am so happy we stuck with this shelf unit. We leveled off the standing shelf unit with the adjustable feet and started mounting and leveling the clothes rods- which was a breeze and the rods worked great! When the rods were in place, we mounted the shelves where we wanted them. The included shelf brackets were perfect and worked great. Immediately the unit all ‘came together’ and the mounting of the shelves to the back closet wall really secured the rest of the standing shelf unit. (We had our initial doubts) Once the individual shelves were secured to the wall, the standing part of the unit felt very solid- I’m not even sure if we’ll need to add any additional support brackets (which we considered)- and the drawers now opened and closed very nicely. We will probably add some glue or other adhesive to attach the adjustable shelves in the standing tower as the shelves slide off of the provided plastic clips very easily and this is the closet in our baby room... the sliding shelves are a pro or con depending on how you plan to use this system. Our closet spaces are small, and I would recommend this unit to help organize and make the most of your space. The price was reasonable and the unit really helps organize your things while being totally adjustable. We will probably order a second unit for our other bedroom now. I’m not sure how the rod jointing system would hold up over time with a lot of clothing or heavy items hanging on them in a larger closet where they would be expanded further to use the space. I might add a middle support arm to each rod if you are expanding them to full width. Overall, a great system!

overall a decent product for the price. my biggest complaint would be the plastic holders for the rods to attach to and the amount of space between the rod and the extension rod. While assembling the unit one of the pieces broke on the holder and i had to modify it for the rod to still serve a purpose. one tiny piece of plastic breaks off and you lose an entire shelf. This could be a significantly better product with very small changes from the manufacturer. Instructions were slightly confusing but not too bad if you take your time to actually read them.

Strong, durable, easy to assemble! My son’s bedroom didn’t have a closet so needed to make our own. This was perfect, I even think it’s super cute. I use it for storage, clothes and decor in his room! So much space! I love how you can set it up to fit your space/needs.

Real happy purchasing the Suite Symphony closet system. Very customizable, easy assembly. Bought 2 of the starter kits then added drawers. Looks great.

Absolutely loved this organizer. It's adjustable and customizable! One part did arrive broken but the company sent a replacement part quickly and for free! Great customer service and a high quality product.

The unit went together as expected, we added drawers and it all looks quite nice. Unfortunately in shipping 4 of the 6 wall brackets for the closet rods were smashed into pieces. These replacements are not sold separately and the oval shape and click fastener make them unique. But luckily my wife contacted ClosetMaid headquarters and graciously sent us replacement brackets.

I REALLY love this closet organizer. It did take a while to install it and I had to bring the rods to the local hardware store where they trimmed the rods so they would fit my closet which is 5 feet 9 inches. If you do that, be sure to have them trim the side WITHOUT the holes. You need those holes to fit into the brackets so if you have the wrong side trimmed, you'll ruin the rod. All in all, I am thrilled. The unit is secured, the rods are solid and it looks great!
